The City Case, Inc.Reviews of thecitycase.paris

I ordered my City Case for Paris very last minute but was able to switch to hotel delivery in order to ensure it would be delivered on time. My City Case arrived on time as promised. Customer service was great and stress-free. Although, I didn't end up using the museum pass (used it twice) as much as the metro pass, it was worth it in the end for the peace of mind and convenience. Thank you City Case!

Amazing service..directly from France to US in 2days

It was a pleasure working with you. It was quick, easy, and convenient. Thank you for all your assistance in booking my tickets.

We ordered Paris Visite Metro passes for a trip to Paris that is coming up next week. The tickets were delivered by overnight FedEx directly from Paris (I didn't even know you could do that) and we have them in hand. Thank you for your prompt delivery.

Was impressed that they pointed out I didn't need a museum pass for my two daughters aged 14/16. The other website would have charge me.

Easy to navigate web site which explains everything we might have needed. Reasonable prices and great service. Everything promised was delivered.

When you are browsing online for different places and things to do in Paris and The City Case pops up as additional information, it pays to give it some attention. I found no less than three independent sources that referred me to The City case for additional information. They need to improve on their customer service feed back especially when some part of what's ordered is out of stock. I will say when contacted about the matter they seized control on resolved the problem very quickly.

I bought two sets of passes for December. Service was quick and an email was answered immediately. Just perfect service. Thank you.
