Ten days before Christmas I ordered two museum passes for family who will be visiting Paris in April, so there was no need for rushed delivery. I believe I mentioned on the order that they would be a Christmas gift, and was pleasantly surprised when notified that the passes were being sent by courier at no extra charge. They made it here just in time for Christmas. (I had been quite prepared to tell the family members that their passes were on the way, but it was more fun to have them in hand.)

Fast response to payment issue - problem solved.

Despite "guaranty" my order did not arrive before I left the country. City case offers full refund but this really dosn't make up for the fact that I arrive in Paris without the tickets I needed and now have to search for them here. Bummer.

I found this company by googling museum passes for Paris. They were immediately responsive to my questions via email. The price was right and it saved us waiting on lines during our limited time in Paris. My hesitation about having the passes mailed to me was allayed when they said they would guarantee arrival. They kept in touch during shipping with a tracking number and the passes arrived in two days. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.
