I like what they provide but there is no communication. I had to remind them of one of my orders. I liked their quick response but i feel that they need to be proactive in letting people know when they will receive what they ordered.

It was easy to understand the items I want to purchase (museum passes in Paris) and the website was easy to use. Excellent follow-up on my purchase and on its shipping.

The pass is good for the Metro and the bus system, but there was no map of bus services in the packet. Really would like to have had one as I will be riding the bus more often than the Metro......... or at least tell me where to get one when I arrive by Eurostar. Otherwise it all worked very well. Had the bus map been included I would have given it 5 stars!

Paris is a beautiful city with a lot of venues to see. You could spend a fortune and a lifetime waiting in lines. This is the best way to go!

If you need, say, a Paris Museum Pass and, according to your friends( who've been to Paris before) you've waited too long to order one that will arrive before you depart, contact The City Case, Inc. They will tell you if your friends are right or not and give you the best options for your situation. Excellent and courteous customer service. If they say you will get something by a specific date you can count on it!
