It is very disappointing to see another reputed eatery getting ruined y bad management. I ordered a Industrial Nachose which my wife and I have eaten several times in your retaurant. The servings used to be so larhe that we never finished 1 plate between the two of us. Yesterday's delivery to an tae out order was so stringy that no one was satisfied fior the following reasons 1. Serving size was less than half of what one used to get in the restaurant. Maybe it was becaus your management chose to fit an order in to a smaller container. 2. There was no hit Guacamole, which was one of the ingerdients. 3. Our order included additional condiments which were not supplied. 4. Finally, the order was made because of a promo which I received by email from Cheesecake factory Factory. This offer was supposed to include a free cheesecake slice with an order in excess of $30. My order exceeded $30. But, NO FREE slice was supplied. Disappointing loyal customers to the point of feeling ripped off could result is social sharing. I will not be ordering any food from :"Cheap"cake anymore. Show original message

We wanted to the one in beachwood Ohio and it was bad we waited a long time for our food the table after use got there food before we did I highly recommend do not go here it was my birthday and they did that so please do not eat here

Me and my husband use to eat there at the Beachwood location once a month, We order curbside pickup got there in 1/2 as we were told. call when we arrived waited 25 minutes no one came out finally my husband went in 20 minutes he come out with the food. The food was cold no heat at all we went in, the manager claim he was going to place another order 10mins later he comes out with the order which i think he just warm in the microwave. We order the fish and chips, the fish was so small, in a container by it self rolliing around the fries wan in a box . it was awful for 40.00 dollars never again, there is no excuse for cold food. the staff dont care all they want is the money

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Went to use a $50 gift card, had the receipt for it and it was still in the package it came in (NO WAY IT WAS USED). They come back with it out of the paper and say it has $15.94 on it. Ummm no... did you see the paper you ripped it out of?? It hasn’t been touched and where is my receipt I gave you with the amount loaded?? Oh you lost it?? Hmmm. So now I’m stuck paying $35 More. NEVER AGAIN!! RIP OFF!!

I worked for the Cheesecake Factory for 12 years into 2005 until 2017. Tonight was the first night I ordered the since I left the food was fine it was The DaVinci pasta but the carrot cake used to be so good and this carrot cake was disgusting. One thing about Cheesecake Factory they are always always changing stuff that doesn't need to be changed. They delete off the menu that are very popular here in California. And because I used to work there people ask me about it and now I'm going to give them some real good reviews because of high-priced the food isn't up to par like it used to be and they messed up the desserts as well

Never have i ever had the worst service at Cheesecake Factory. Love the food, don’t get me wrong but this COVID has been taken to seriously. I had to wait 45 minutes to get a table and it’s coming a Tsunami outside and want us to stand outside in it with the rain blowing. I am soaking wet. I am mad. The people waiting in the same place as us did not get told that they had to go outside. First off if you want customers do not tell them to stand out in the rain. That’s ridiculous. I’m a waitress myself and i would never tell my customer to stand in the rain. Plus the people who got done eating stood there with no mask on to wait for the rain to die down and we were told to put one on and wait outside.

I thought that from the name itself, the cheesecake will be good but I am so disappointed with the taste. I ordered and the process at the physical store was not good. The staffs are not responsive when you talk to them.
