I NEVER write reviews. But I am a woman on a mission to somehow get the truth out on everything I see wrong in this screwed up world. I gave a score of one only because the staff at the Short Hills NJ location were friendly and helpful. The food stinks now at the Cheesecake Factory since COVID has impacted dining in and you can only take out. I paid nearly $15 for a veggie burger which was cold and tasteless. It fell apart at the very first bite. Never came with a side of fries. Not even ketchup. I also had a French country salad that was small and bland for $13. I am tired of crap food being served in my area. Why can't we have great restaurants like NYC. Especially those catering to vegetarians!

I just love eating cheesecake so much and The Cheesecake Factory made me love cheesecakes even more. Best cheesecake I've ever tasted!

My family and I ordered curbside meals from the Syracuse, NY Cheesecake Factory. Everything came as we requested, the staff was awesome, and the food was amazing as usual!

This was my 4th visit to the Easton location in Columbus Ohio. My 1st was a few years ago it was amazing. My 2nd visit was in June of 2020 it was also an amazing experience. Now I went in July of 2020 my waitress was rude very inattentive an sarcastic. I figured mabe she felt like we wouldn't tip her well I'm not sure but either way the service was horrible. I should have left a review then but decided against it because the food was still really good. But today I visited this location for the 4th time an again my service sucked! On top of that the bill came it was $112.55 not bad considering we had 3 appetizers an 2 entrees. I gave the waitress $140.00 which my max 20 percent tip would have been 24 dollars and some change. She told me I only have her $120.00 which I knew was wrong I counted the money twice before I gave it to her. Plus I hit the atm and withdrew $300.00 before I came an never stopped anywhere else before coming for lunch. She literally told me I didn't pay the $140.00 but gave her $120.00 So after going back an forth with her a few times I asked for the manager. He came to my table sat down beside me an told me he didn't believe she would steal so basically he called me a liar without saying those words. Gave me $20.00 an said again I don't think she stole the money. Needless to say I will NEVER come back to this restaurant again as long as I live! I am beyond offended by both of them. If this is the best they can so it is SO NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I expect my server to be honest not rude or a thief. He gave the money to me to shut me up. No she should have been held accountable. But as a woman of color it was clear he would never accept what I told him. With all that's going on in this world this company needs to do better!!!!! Very unsatisfied customer! You guys have good food but your service SUCKS!!! NOT WORTH IT TO ME!!!!!!!!

Very good restaurant but could clean the bathrooms due to the things I’ve seen

I recently visited the Boca Raton location and was very pleasantly surprised how well behaved all the servers were. They were knowleageable, polite and some of them even cute! Ok I'm not usually a big tipper but I overdid it this time. Great food, great service, everything great!
