We were at CF by Walt Whitman mall in Long Island NY. Just 2 of us. It was a weekday and it was not crowded at all, off hours. Ordered coffee, took them 20 min to brew a pot. What? ok, so, i ordered 2 eggs and a toasted english muffin, my Mom ordered a veggie burger. 50 min later, seriously, the eggs came out, the bread was not toasted, it was white, so i asked the waitress to have it toasted, she came back and told me the "chef" said it was toasted but he'd run it through again. Took about 15 more min for the veggie burger, ice cold! We got up to leave in disgust. The manager came over and instead of apologizing, she had the audacity to tell me it was cold because the toppings were cold. Yea? How does that affect the inside of the burger?? What nerve. So we ended up paying $9.50 for 2 coffees. Yes $9.50!! Shouldnt have even done that but we did, and will never return.

The Cheesecake factory in Braintree, MA is terrible! I was shocked at how filthy the restaurant was, right down to the silverware! The floors were appalling! This particular one used to be very good, but even the food was gross!!

Overpriced. Food is way overrated. Service was good.

I went to CKF for the first time with my family. The staff was very courteous and helpful. First we wait outside the restaurant door for about 20 minutes to get in. Then we went inside and order food and waited another 40 minutes for the food to come (to credit the waitress, she brought second set of bread when we were waiting for the food). I tried Jamaican chicken and Shrimp. It was was supposed to be very hot as per the menu. It has no heat at all. It tasted stale and no Jamaican flavor at all. I do not think they should have this item on the menu at all. It seems like that this was prepared by some folks who know nothing about Jamaican flavor. My wife tried vege burger. She said it has no flavor at all. Burger looked very ugly. My daughter tried macaroni burger and she said I will give 7 out of 10. My daughter also give you 10 on the cheese cake she ordered. She loved it. So upon based upon our combined family experience I will give 1.5 star. I hope someone find my review helpful and CKF management is looking into it to make it better. I am very sorry to give my very honest review. I thought it might help you. Thanks

Wish I could give less stars. This is based on customer service or lack there of. We've been to plenty of these restaurants over the years and we know what kind of customer service to expect at this restaurant. We stood outside in 47° weather for a half hour before they opened knowing it would be busy. But because we chose to stand in front of the other set of doors, with other people who had been there as long as we had, we were told we couldn't come in. No signs on the doors, NOTHING!!! NOTHING stating that we had to stand at the doors literally right next to the ones we were at. And at this point there was, no joke, 100 people standing in that line. No apologies from either manager or anything when a gentleman in front of us asked them to open our door first since all the people at that door had been there for way longer than anyone else had been. I hope that one if them wasn't corporate because if it was, we will never come back if that's how the business is now being handled. Not that anyone cares if we came back or not anyways. From both myself and my husband that are restaurant managers, we have never seen customers treated with the disrespect the gentleman in front of us was. We decided to just walk away and leave. Too many other great options in the same complex that deserved our money and time more.

They ruined their signature drink: JW lemonade!!!!!!!!!!!!! Changed the mixture/ingredients and it now tastes terrible. Used to be so good, especially when they were using Chambord, then they switched to imitation raspberry liqueur, now they've changed it again and it's absolutely terrible. Why do people change a good thing? For money? NOT good. Very disappointing...this was one of the reasons it was my favorite restaurant. Now, might think twice about going. Food is still good, but you ruined one of your signature drinks! I hope the higher ups read this.

My wife and I went last night to dinner at your Gainesville Florida location. We arrived at 5:45 in the evening (half the restaurant was empty) and got a seat immediately upon arrival. The hostess took us to a table next to a party of 20 persons and right next to them to a table with a crying baby. Within 10 minutes the server came to the table and took our drinks' order. 15 minutes thereafter he brought the drinks and took our dinner order; we informed him that we would like to move to another more quite dining area, and indeed we were seated elsewhere. 40 minutes thereafter, no food, so we asked to see the manager. 10 minutes thereafter a clearly combative, impolite person appeared, looking to fight, not to explain why a place my wife and I have been enjoying for 20 years is so poorly run. At 6:54 PM, after spending more than an hour in mostly empty restaurant, we paid for our drinks and left to another restaurant. At age 67, I can honestly state that I've never come across a more unprofessional restaurant's manager than the one I encountered last evening; shame on you!

This lunch was without a doubt the WORST pasta carbonara that I have ever had at any restaurant .... The simplest Italian dish that I can think of .... Came in for lunch at 11:15 before any lunch crowd... literally no one in the restaurant... and the pasta was so overcooked that I think it was sitting in the frig for several days and heated up in a microwave .... Guanciale or even Pancetta... nope.... pecorino romano... nope .... Eggs and egg yolks nope.... This item was an abomination.... PLEASE Cheese Cake Factory, take this off your menu .....
