The one star is for how fancy the interior of the restaurant looked and the good server we had today. Lunch at 1:30 and still took 45 minutes to get meal. Pasta was leathery and not much taste to the Alfredo sauce. Chicken tasted like frozen and microwaved. Ordered mango key lime cheesecake to go. Began eating in the car and it had coconut all throughout the cheesecake. Tasted terrible. Definitely did not taste like key lime or mango. Stopped car, turned around, drove back to restaurant to ask for a different flavor to replace the one that tasted bad and was told by a very disrespectful manager that “if 50% was eaten no replacement would be given.” I did not eat anywhere near 50% of the nasty tasting pie but I believe because I was causing a ruckus the manager said he would make an exception just this once and give me a piece of another flavor of my choice. I even gave my daughter a bite of the mango key lime flavor and she promptly spit it out her window. Said it was loaded with coconut. Mango key lime pie should not taste like coconut pie and this did, The manager was very unprofessional and almost to the point of being rude a I felt like he was trying to bully or scare me down. I told him that I had just spent $81.00 for a lunch and that our meal wasn’t even that good to begin with. Thought I at least could enjoy my cheesecake on the way home and bit into loads of coconut overpowering a mango key lime that was awful . The food was overpriced, took too long to get and did not taste good at all. I will never be back to that restaurant again. The manager finally agreed to give me another cheesecake but with his warning that this was the only time he would it. Packed up the leftovers, of fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and shrimp. Took it home to my 16 year old grandson, who eats literally everything., He tried it and said the pasta was rubbery and the sauce was bland, stopped eating it and opted for leftover lasagna he mother made the night before. I will never eat at the Cheesecake Factory again. Not very good customer service if they expect customers to come back.

The service was very good. The food was very average for the price. I was shocked and will not go back.

Loved this place

Cheese cake slices - Not only has it become very expensive but the portion of the slices has been reduced too. Very disappointed and not planning to have it again. They have lost a good customer.

WENT WITH FRIENDS. waitress was very good. We usually frequented their place in Houston which was excellent. The place here in Huntsville Alabama not so good. Started out by requesting reservations 3 days in advance. We had to o them on=line and their system said they would only confirm if they accepted the reservation. Ours was not accepted. When we arrived, we saw that they had plenty of empty tables. Wife got Shrimp Bistro. Pasta was dry and had to ask for two additional helpings of white sauce. It had 6 fairly small shrimp and had half of one mushroom sliced into 3 pieces. I had Chicken Belagio. It was drowned in so much olive oil, I had trouble eating it.

Absolutely no communication. Order placed at 4pm for delivery from Cheesecake Factory in Columbia, MD at 7:20 pm. At 7:15, I get a text saying the Dasher is not yet at the restaurant. Okay, I'll wait. An hour later, no communication, no update to status. I call the restaurant and find (after being transferred to 4 different people and finally reaching a manager) that the restaurant "turned off its tablet" around 5pm because the restaurant was busy and short-staffed. I get it - I'm very understanding about labor shortages and I was polite to the manager. What I don't get is that he and the staff indicated that this is a frequent occurrence (their words were that the DoorDash tablet is the first thing to go when they get busy) and yet no one has come up with a process to let customers know that their order will not be filled. The lack of communication between DoorDash and the Cheesecake Factory and the lack of communication between DoorDash and customers is unforgiveable. Both have lost my business completely.

Our waitress was wonderful. She took 8 orders with substitutions and alterations without a notepad. That's the end of the good comments. The first two orders came out after about 20 min. The next two orders came out about 20 min later, and the next was another 20 min and then 20 min for one more order. The last order, a salad with salmon, came out long after all the other people had finished, and it was made wrong. We were able to see the waitress at the order window and when the order came back out, she sent it back as wrong again. When it finally made it to the table, the recipient had to remove items specifically not ordered (dressing and cranberries, I believe). The manager came to the table and credited the salad order. Mike is the store manager and Allison was the manager on duty. I know they were short on help, but why would you not close sections so as to not overload the cook staff? This was our 4th trip to the local Cheesecake Factory, and it is our last. I had ordered sliders, but was told they were out of buns. Don't know if they were sent from China or not, but... The burger was burned on the bottom and it was prepared wrong. Just a bad situation all around. This was at the Wolfchase Mall in Memphis on the 3rd of Jan '22.

Having travelled to the states for over 20 years we have always tried to dine at least once if possible during our trips at The Cheesecake Factory. On Monday 27th December 2021 after travelling for over 18 hours we managed to hold on an extra 45 minutes to get a table at the Santa Monica Cheesecake Factory. We sat at 7pm. We were a party of 4, one vegetarian. Good choice of food on the menu, however they had sold out of one of our chosen dishes. Food arrived without too much of a wait and looked good. Portion sizes are huge but we are big eaters and were all hungry. However to all of our disappointment found the food to be tasteless. We all had different meals and all agreed that sadly it wasn’t what is used to be and we could of made tastier dishes ourselves. Wasn’t cheap either but we wouldn’t of minded if we had enjoyed. Unlikely to ever return, feel it’s been going downhill for a while now. On the plus side the service was excellent.
