I Don't eat out much but when I do I look for quality service quality in cleanliness and quality in food. On Sunday March 20th my family and I 28 people we decided to celebrate my brother in law 63rd birthday at The Cheesecake Factory in Willow Grove This was my first time ever I though it was a great idea, our appointment was schedule for 4:00pm we were told it would be a 1hour and 30min wait, well we were finally seated at 8:00pmwe had children with us they were tired and hunger. On top of that our meals were not served until 9:30 this was unacceptable then our taps was separated into 4 groups and a $30.00 tip was attached to each group we came as a family we do tip nicely when we go out as a family to celebrate our love ones birthday's put my first experience was horrible they ran out of food when I went to order a slice of cheesecake to go paid for it and waited half a hour I was tryer of standing and waiting again, so I went back to my seat it was taken it now 10:30 we are ready to go home. So I went back up to the store to see if my cake was ready the young lady said oh someone must had took it if you just wait I will get you another slice well the cherry cheesecake was all gone and only 1 slice of raspberry was left. This was a horrible first time experience.

Arundel Mills at Live casino. Was a 25 minute wait. Sat at bar to wait for table. Barback got me a water. Bartender's ignored me. 15 minutes. I got up and waited for table. Ordered appetizers and drinks. They came out fine. I Ordered wings and pizza for dinner. Wings came out 15 minutes before our dinner's. Oh well, I shared them instead of sending them back. We Bit into them, 4 of us. They were bloody. The meals after were not good. Manager took off the Wings after the server reminded him. That's the end of the managers intervention. The server was very apologetic. The management had No other questions regarding the rest of our experience. Never again.

Went to the one in Newport Beach . Drove 1/2 hr. to get there after I was told it would only be a 10-15 minute wait. We got there and it turned out to be an hour wait. We finally got seated and were anxious for food. The waiter was friendly and we were going to order our favorites ,only to find out that they are no longer served. I ended up getting jambalaya pasta and my better half got chicken madera. Her plate was good , mine tasted good but was mostly pasta and veggies. Small cube shaped chicken pieces and 5 shrimp was hardly enough to call a meal. Maybe 2 oz. chicken at best and tons of pasta .No sausage, I get more food in a TV dinner! Right when we got our food (starving) the emergency alarm sounded super loud with flashing light. NO fire , the emergency door got triggered. Took what seemed a long time to shut it off . Needless to say it really put a damper on things. Nicely the waiter offered to box up for food to go ...we were so hungry we ate and then left. I would think someone in charge would know how to turn off the alarm quickly . The Cheesecake factory projects itself as a special place to eat, the cheese cake is still good . Beware ...stick to the cheesecake. I will not dine there again .

My family and I had a great time at the Cheesecake Factory the food was good and our waiter Jessie was very nice. He make sure we were good and well satisfied. Wayne New Jersey.

I went there for my birthday with 8 other people, we did not order appetizers. When the server came around for our drink order, she got to the 6th person and they said let me think a second, so she walked away without getting mine and another persons drink order. I ordered the old fashioned hamburger, fries, with no bun and ordered a side salad with ranch dressing on the side. I ended up getting a hamburger, with no fries and a side salad dressed with Caesar dressing. There were no condiments. I had to flag her down twice for ketchup and mustard and by then the burger was cold. $14.95 for a small burger patty, with no fries, is a lot of money. We spent well over $200 plus a nice tip. It was not a good birthday dinner. I know it is hard to get people to work and we were very patient, even though it was almost 2 hours since we were seated, to when we left. The portions were smaller and the prices were high. When we go there, we usually go during happy hour and sit in the bar, which is good and reasonably priced, if you can get a seat. Will not be dining there any time soon. I was not happy, on a day that should have been a happy celebration.

went 3 /13 /22 after waiting almost 2 hours the food was bad my friend had the pasta pomodoro it was very dry. wwere told the bar was first come so we waite pepole keep coming in and as soon as someone got up they grabed the seat.we get our seat at the bar the service was the worst it took for evere to take an order they never came back to get a drink order never cleaned away any dishes ,never asked if we neded anything like coffe . the food was bad the service was bad WONT GO BACK

A friend and I went to the Tacoma Mall store 2/21/22 for lunch. I had my usual Bistro Shrimp. Always very good & loved it before. This time, there was definitely a SHORTAGE of shrimp, hardly any. But of course, the price was the same $22. Very dissappointed.

My son got food poisoning from cheesecake factory on March 4th. He had dinner with a few friends. He ordered Alfredo Pasta and cheeseburger spring rolls. Couple hours later he was throwing up and had diarrhea. He spend all night in the bathroom. I am so disappointed with such a high class restaurant to be so careless with the handling of their food. We definitely know for sure that the food poisoning is indeed from cheesecake factory because that day, it was my son"s first and last meal to say the least! It is Saturday March 5th at 8:00PM and my son is still on the couch feeling so sick. You lost our business for sure Cheesecake Factory!
