Zander at the Green Hills Cheesecake Factory was awesome!!! We started with a long wait, but once we got seated and he started serving us it was flawless even though we had a huge party. He was friendly and happy and super helpful! I recommended asking for him anytime you are there!!!

Bad experience ever at Millenia Mall Cheese Cake Factory in Orlando. After 30’ waiting for a table, we found out there was no booking under my name. Then more an hour for the food. Waitress not in her best day probably treated us in a very different way as CCFactory is known. Within a couple os months hair in the food. But this time 2 hairs mixed with the mashed potato. 🤢 Accordingly to the manager, not his fault once he just got in his shift. Waitress said she didn’t cook. We simply payed for the drinks and left. And we’ll never come back to this restaurant again.

I had the pasta broccoli and it really was really really bad no taste at all and this place was at the Cherry hill nj and this was my first time here eating at the Cheesecake Factory and it will be the last time

1st visit was at the King of Prussia location a few years back. We were not overly thrilled. This year my granddaughter requested that we go to the Christiana Mall location for her graduation diner. I thought that we would give it one more shot. They will not get chance number 3. I was up till 4:00 AM with stomach pains and both my daughter and son in law were down the next day. I don't mind paying top dollar for a good meal but this place obviously does not serve eatable food. Will not go back and would not recommend the Cheesecake Factory. In my book 2 strikes and your out when I'm paying top dollar for a meal!

Hard terrible experience at Chesterfield Cheese Cake factory. Appetizers came out at took 30 mins to get silverware! All meals but 1 out of 6 where cold and none came out together. Manger didn’t seem to know how to get them warm!! Just a apologized and one meal that was just warm! Had no flavor had to send pasta back and asparagus Should have comped entire meal and manger and server where useless. Ruined a celebration dinner for granddaughter/ won’t go bacl

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Both my wife's and my dishes came out bad not once but twice. Everyone in our party already finished and our meals were still not out correctly. Server was excellent but really poor management. I am not asking for freebies but we were charged and shouldn't have been because of what we went through. One dish came out cold the the second time the dish was not edible. The second dish was over 20.00 and came with only 4 shrimp???? And it came out cold.

For more than 14 years, we use to go to the CFactory, the last time we went at Marina del Rey, the food is excellent, we understand that as a very popular place sometimes you need to have patience, but last week we had a very bad experience. We had a réservation, waiting for one hour until be seated, the server was polite, we got some wrong dishes, they forgot some drinks, the women’s bathroom was indescriptible, very dirty, all the paper towels on the floor, and I don’t want to remember the toilets, impossible to use. Really, after our last visit we are not going back to your restaurants, our day of celebration inviting some friends turn on a nigthmare. Is my first time writing a review, but I use to enjoy so many times your restaurant that I feel a sense of obligation. Thank you Aynie
