Sales man told us the car wasn't a rental car. During financing the agent told us it was. Sales man then stated that is was gone over with a high quality check. Our car got 6 service error the first week & now the paint is peeling off. Very u satisfied with condition of car. Comment they made when I took it in for repairs. Things happen.

I just found out my car had just drove it last mile. So now I need a car to get to work. Not in position to buy a car so I just went to Car Champ to check them out. We weren't looking for a car off the lot but after many disappointing car searches we took a chance with car champs as family member had gotten her car from them a year prior. Although we were there 4hrs til they closed we walked away with a beautiful 2012 avenger that fits our family and budget. We are thankful for a place that doesn't expect you to have the best credit or butt loads of money. its worth the time and money you put down. They're a great, friendly, funny staff that does help you. When we can afford another car for our family's schedule we will definitely go back. Thanks Daniel, Manny (the new one), and the older man who closes the deals at the end Al or something you guys were great. Glad you received your keys guys. Lol.

Overall our experience was okay. We were able to get the price we wanted with little hassle. Unfortunately the representative assisting us was not very customer service oriented. It was evident that she is not very familiar with the vehicle that we were purchasing. She did not take the initiative to ensure that the vehicle was to our standards before driving off the lot. We had to ask for an antenna to be put on the vehicle, there was no gas, and the service tire monitor light was on. Had my husband not addressed these things it would not have been taken care of. Nevertheless, we walked away with a reliable vehicle that is suitable for our teenager.
