I would rate Car Champs between a 4 and a 5. Everyone was very nice to us. The only reservation I had at all was the length of time it took to process our sale. My husband reminded me that since they do their own credit, it takes longer than when you go to a regular car dealership. I would definitely recommend Car Champs as a good business with nice people working with everyone who comes through their door! A big thanks to Brandy and Gabriela who serviced us!

I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR BY BRANDY AND WELCOMED ME. SHE TOOK ME TO HER TABLE AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES STARTED THE PROCESS. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE NEXT EMPLOYEE WHO WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME WAS ELMER( I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT HIS NAME WAS) BUT HE ALSO SPENT TIME WITH ME TO CHECK WHICH PROGRAM I WILL QUALIFY. BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OPTION BUT WHAT FITS FOR MY CREDIT. OVERALL, THESE EMPLOYEES ARE EXCELLENT. I GOT MY CAR.

Overall the experience was good except for three things. 1. I am a non smoker and even though the car was clean both inside and out air fresher should have been used to give the car a have been used so that would have had A fresh smell. 2. When test driving the car the sales person was concerned that there was enough Gas in the car. 3. Usually when purchasing a car there is at least a half a tank of gas in the car. When I looked at the gas gage on the car it was on empty and I went back inside to asked gas for the car and Was denied. I had to Find a gas station quick and I wound up putting in $40 worth of gas. I was told that you have to ask for gas during the final inspection before the car is driven off the lot. This feel should't need to be because the day before my friend Wanda left the dealership with a full tank of gas.

The staff at Car Champs in Los Angeles was very helpful with finding a suitable vehicle for my family and I. They walked us through the process and answered any and all questions we had, and even gave us a few pointers along the way. They didn't try to just get us into a vehicle just to make a sale, but helped us make sure that we had the best available options possible.

Going in not thinking we would get help. We were happy with the results. Took a little longer than I hoped because I had my three kids you know how that goes. But they sure we're happy when we left in our new car. Thank you Car Champs.
