Despite the fact that I was there for quite sometime the customer service was there,they treated me like I was part of the Car Champs family

I really did have a good experience with car champs and Brandi was very helpful.

I read there reviews prior to making an appointment and to be quite honest I was a bit hesitant. I decided to go anyway and check it out for myself. It took longer than I had expected but quite honestly due to my inability to make a decision they were very patient with me and I did not feel rushed. I must say their Los Angeles office could really use some tender loving care. I did drive away with a beautiful red 2012 Honda Accord (coupe). I did use my car as a trade in with such ease. Thanks Car Champs in Los Angeles for proving yourselves. Overall, my experience was very good and I would recommend Car Champs in Los Angeles.

The staff at Car Champs in Los Angeles was very helpful with finding a suitable vehicle for my family and I. They walked us through the process and answered any and all questions we had, and even gave us a few pointers along the way. They didn't try to just get us into a vehicle just to make a sale, but helped us make sure that we had the best available options possible.

Going in not thinking we would get help. We were happy with the results. Took a little longer than I hoped because I had my three kids you know how that goes. But they sure we're happy when we left in our new car. Thank you Car Champs.

Overall our experience was okay. We were able to get the price we wanted with little hassle. Unfortunately the representative assisting us was not very customer service oriented. It was evident that she is not very familiar with the vehicle that we were purchasing. She did not take the initiative to ensure that the vehicle was to our standards before driving off the lot. We had to ask for an antenna to be put on the vehicle, there was no gas, and the service tire monitor light was on. Had my husband not addressed these things it would not have been taken care of. Nevertheless, we walked away with a reliable vehicle that is suitable for our teenager.
