It WAS A Long process..About 4 To 5 hours..BUT I Did Walk Out With A car..BUT I Jus FEEl For THE Price Of A Reg Car Note. .they could of helped me get the car I wanted..I like the fact triple a comes with it..I'm blessed to have a car..not fully satisfied. .hopefully they will keep their word and let me trade in 6 months..the salesmen r really nice tho..good luck

We appreciate any feedback from our customers. :) We try to put our customers in the vehicles they want although in most cases those vehicles may require a higher drive off because they are more expensive, or the payment may be too high for their income. The Car Champs are exactly that. I make a good living but my credit sucks right now. I must have a car for my job. Gabrielle was great & got me into a BMW that rides like its on glass. Joe is all about coming up with affordable solutions. Joe and Gabrielle made it happen. The head of their service department ( Sorry Dude I forgot your name) is honest and kind. Check engine light came on two weeks after I got the vehicle. Took it back so they can fix it and they put the wrong part on my truck. Still have not fixed the problem. Then they tell you that you can get free oil change I went to the location they sent me to and they said that they do not do business with car champs. I called over 30 times and no one ever picks up the phone. Only thing I can say good about them is they give you a free AAA membership. I will be returning my truck too many issues with the truck and the company

Hello Ardonna, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with our vehicle. Unfortunately when it comes to used vehicles, even after being checked, some issues may surface without us knowing. This is the reason why we have 30-day and 1-year warranty, just in case if the vehicle has any issues. All of our deals come with free oil changes through out the term of the lease. Our sales reps don't know the pay off amount or payments on any of the vehicles, therefore they don't discuss that to make sure we don't misguide our customers.. This was my first time buying a car off the lot I went in and spoke with poncho he was very helpful He made me feel like I was coming out a winner He said in gonna get u in the best car possible and guess what he did I told him what I was looking for and he said don't worry I got u I want to thank him for his hard work I know I'm a hard person to deal with but he got threw Thank you pancho and the car champs team 👍
