Liliana ,the agent that helped me was beyond polite and appropriate with all the wordings. She really made me feel comfortable with any concerns of mine .she helped me figure out my issues with no hesitation.i wish every other agent I come across treats me as good as Liliana did.i can tell she’s such an amazing employee and person over all. God bless her.

Efficient and friendly customer service. Addressing all matters fully and providing the opportunity to ask additional questions and/or concerns. Interaction was outstanding and seamless.

Great service

I am deeply frustrated with The Build Card Credit Card Company during this hurricane crisis. When I sought assistance, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Given the urgent need for support, it was disheartening to learn that while they could assist, the disaster relief program was never applied to my account. I have spoken to 11 different representatives, some of whom hung up, transferred me to others, connected me to lost or stolen services, and kept me on hold for hours. No one should have to endure such treatment. It feels as though they have completely abandoned their customers in a time of genuine need. I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer care. The representatives clearly need retraining, and it's concerning that this issue isn't isolated. Currently, I have been on hold for 46 minutes waiting for a supervisor. We must improve as a credit card company! The Build Credit Card Customer Service team does not deserve one STAR!

Very kind and went to the point.
