The lady who assisted me was phenomenal. Wow, wish I knew her name as she deserves praise and recognition. She made the phone experience a delight. I thought I was in for a long and dreary episode, and it turned out to be a great experience thanks to her! Kudos!

I was inquiring about a concern about my payment that wasn't showing that it had posted, I was assured that it was received and that my account is current and up to date. The representative was very helpful and professional. Thank you
