My representative was amazing his name…
My representative was amazing his name was Leo and he was patient, understanding, professional and knowledgable. He really went above and beyond to help me resolve my situation and in the end I was satisified. He made a hard situation a little easier

The customer service associate was very…knowledgeable
The customer service associate was very understanding. She helped me move my due date so I wouldn't continue to have a late payment. I wasn't aware I could do that.

This is the worst card I've ever dealt…
This is the worst card I've ever dealt with, you're penalized for never missing a payment, but paid early smdh!! After 3 years of never missing.. The supervisor refused to come to the phone the workers are not qualified at all!! A bunch of cowards the worst card I've ever experienced, honestly!!!! Renee J
