She picked up on my case when another rep was unexpectedly out of the office and made good on everything, to quickly get us the theater seating set up we are going to love. Thanks Cherise!

Was very helpful, very understanding and took care of the problem immediately

It is always a good experience doing business with company. The staff are as serious and trustworthy as they look. Everything smooth from beginning to end !! However it is my second time that i required the help of Cherise Sambel and she is amazing: super helpful, easy to talk to, very professional, and always on top of everything. She really knows what she’s doing and makes you feel taken care of. Highly recommend the company and especially Cherise. Thank you Girl !!

I thought my seat console where you plug in things didn’t light up and it wouldn’t work. The girl, I spoke to told me to check all connections, which I thought I had, but I thought I better check them again and she was right it just needed plugged in a little better. It wasn’t broken after all. But it was nice to know that if I needed something repaired or replaced that she was gonna help me out . She was very nice.

Cherise provided outstanding customer service. She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the experience smooth and positive.

I had a few questions regarding my seat order and had the pleasure of being assisted by Cherise! She was the consummate professional in every way and her assistance was greatly appreciated! Thank you Theater Seat Store! Your hiring division is obviously as outstanding as your seats!

I was building onto a sectional I already owned and the sales team took their time and worked with me to make sure I picked the best matching product. It looks like I bought my sectional all at the same time when the truth is four of the pieces are already five years old. One of the pieces came damaged and all though it took some time, they replaced it without any issues.

Delivery was on time, guys were very respectful of my property.
