Francisco was helpful in making sure everything was right for my order and securing the delivery date. Cherise was great in helping us on the back end as well. The product itself looks fantastic and the chairs are quite comfortable!

From sales to customer service we were very pleased with their service. Our sales person, Tory, was extremely helpful helping us go through their many styles so we could get something similar is look and feel to what we already had before. Our seating was shipped to us quickly, but unfortunately we had a few issues with 3 of the 4 theater chairs. However, Cherise in customer service, quickly dealt with them by offering us partial money back on two chairs and replaced one chair than had too many issues with it to fix. At this point, we would definitely recommend the company.
