The chairs look great. Easy do it yourself installation.

This is my second order of a home seating. I hope it goes better than my first order. So far look ok. The first order they sent the wrong order.

I called at the end of the day and was helped until well after they closed. I placed my order that day and it was a great experience. Gave me a great deal and I love the chairs. Would buy from them again.

Very happy with the quality and the service from order to delivery would recommend to friends and family.

We ordered 2 single recliners for a small TV room. They look great flanking the sofa and work well since they recline forward and can be placed tighter to the wall. Motorized positioning allows maximum comfort. This company provides great service (we used their chairs in our last home theater) and as repeat customers we highly recommend this company and these chairs.

Not Happy With the order

I purchased 5 chairs from them and the transaction went smoothly for the most part. I wanted 3 individual chairs and a love seat. So i was expecting 3 left and two right arm chairs, and all chairs would have controls on the top. Instead I got 3 left arm chairs, 1 dual arm chair and 1 chair with no arms. The last chair with no arms has the recline down by your hip, which I didn't really like. I think the issue is partly my fault because looking back it doesn't appear that the mfg makes right arm chairs and the sales order that i was sent specifies exactly what i got, so i should have caught it there. My only reason for 4 stars is I feel like there were several times in my conversation with them where they could have corrected me.

We ordered the Palliser II after hearing about delays in shipping from them. Tom from theater seating asured us that the seating would arrive in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called theater seat store and they informed me my seating would be delayed by another couple of months. Tom, our salesman suggested another model similar, Turbo edge. We had a bit of a go around getting in a timely manner, but it did arrive, and we are very happy with it. It wasn't diffi to assemble and it's very comfortable.
