The whole experience was bad. Delivery was almost 1 month beyond the original 10 weeks. The theater store sent me 1 email, (thanks for your order). Never heard any word about any delay. After 11 weeks I called them then they told me it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. I finally received the furniture intact. These 4 recliners are the worst and the most uncomfortably recliners I have ever had. This purchase was the worst decision I have ever made Think Twice before you buy anything from the Theater store their attitude was that of total disinterest. 1 gentleman did express concern but the other 5 acted as though I was bothering them because I wanted to know where my almost $5000.00 worth of furniture was.

The​ salesman was honest and helpful with the ord​er. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but the "white glove" service was worth while, no lifting or assembly required.

Initial customer service was great. Was told chairs would be received within 10-14 business days. Called two or three times after 3 weeks and was told the order was just waiting for pick up. Received them about 4 1/2 weeks after order. When received the chairs were easy to assemble and of good quality.

Sale was handled quickly and efficiently. Somehow sale was canceled and delivery was delayed. Not sure was at fault for that! Then I tried to find out what was going on with my order, customer service at both places had trouble giving answers. Finally delivery was made. Issues resolved and all is good.

Great recliners that look good and are very comfortable. You could fall asleep in them. The delivery service wasn't that great. After scheduling a half day off to be home for the delivery, the delivery company rescheduled the delivery date the night before the delivery.

chairs are great but its been two weeks and still no tables.

I searched endlessly for Home Theater seating and was reluctant to buy online without sitting in them first. However, after reading several of the reviews here, I figured what the heck, lets go for it. I must say that I made the right choice. The seats arrived within the 14 day time window, and were delivered right to my room of choice. The delivery team happily put them together and had me test them before they left. All I have to say is, Wow, the seats are amazing. I'm so happy I got the Power Recliners. In addition, the top grain leather tops it off and makes you never want to get up. I can even now get my wife to watch TV with me as opposed to sitting in the Living Room on our uncomfortable couch! The amount of room in the arms of the chairs is amazing as well! The sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and was happy to answer my questions. Highly Recommend you purchase these chairs.

I ordered these chairs with the help of Ian at the Theater Seat Store. EVERYTHING he told me was spot on!!! I ordered them this past Sunday, and they were delivered on Thursday morning at 8:30!!!! They are beautiful, super comfy, and awesome. I would definitely suggest the white glove delivery option. Well worth the money!! I think it was a great product, great value and great service! What more could you ask for???
