We enjoyed this set, which is deep and comfortable, but the arm where you insert the tables has collapsed under normal use in the first 18 months, and that had us concerned. A warranty repair took care of the arm but we will see what happens from hre. If nothing else breaks then this is a good buy considering the quality of the leather, faetures and the style of the seating. Communication of the repair was also good and the serviceman was very friendly and punctual.

Very comfortable in showroom, after i got it home it put me to sleep in 20 mins. will recommend the magnolia model to my friends.

Tom was my salesman. He made it easy. Received the chairs via white glove delivery in 6 days. Was suppose to get tray tables with my chairs - still haven't received. I think they are on back order. It has been 3 weeks for those - that is my only beef.

I was a bit worried about ordering online and never seeing the product or sitting on it. I actually spoke to one of the reps there and had a better feel on how it would all fit. The shipment came faster than expected and is great. I would definitely recommend.

The theater seats themselves are great. They are of decent quality and nice leather. The recline part works well. It would be nice to somehow adjust the recline so as to recline the back and legs separately though. The chairs came quicker than they had projected and were packed well with no damage. I had ordered a light and two tray tables at the time I ordered the chairs, but did not receive the tray tables for almost 2 weeks after the chairs. Which was very disappointing. Their were 3 power recepticals in my chair arms but only two work. I never got a follow up call or email until I got a call wanting me to review their chairs, at which time I mentioned the power recepticals and was switched to customer service. They told me sarcasticly that if I wanted all three to work I would need to order another light and then they would send a working receptical. Why have a hole in the arm for a receptical that doesn't work?? Also the light has no on/off switch so you have to pull it out to turn it off.

Chairs are beautiful and work great. The delivery men were quick and on time. They kept sweating all over my new chairs. It was extreamly hot outside so I think that was acceptable.

Ordered three chairs with various accessories. The chairs themselves are as good as advertised. There was a bit of a mix up with some of the accessories that were ordered, but the theater store's customer service handled the matter to my 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Great seats, good value, extremely fast shipping. Would recommend to anybody.
