so far the seats look great. I did have some problems in that the white glove delivery was not completed as advertised, and had some troubles getting answers from the shipping company. ultimately I moved and assembled the chairs myself and theaterseatstore was quick to refund me for the white glove delivery. the one knock I have on the chairs is that the buttons that operate the recline are very sensitive, and since they are in the shared arm rest, the seats are often raised and lowered just by someone next to you moving their arm

The order process was relatively painless and someone followed up when I hadn't completed my order. The chairs were shipped very quickly and were not difficult to assemble. The chairs are very comfortable and make a nice addition to our "cave". We'll definitely use Theater Seat Store when we're ready to add more seating.

The Octane Mega is very comfortable and seems to be built well. We love our seats in the man cave!! A+

I was researching theater seating for a client and settled on the Theater Store and had a great experience with Tom. He provided myself and my clients with all the answers we needed to move ahead and purchase 7 chairs. That is about where the great service ended! From the delivery to the missing and damaged chairs I am still waiting for the repairs and missing risers after 4 months. A simple task to ship the missing risers and replace a torn foot rest is still not fixed. The communication is lacking and the repair department doesn't seem to impress upon the manufacture that this should be a priority. We did purchase the full replacement warranty but that is a bit laughable. My advice is send it back and order a new one as it will certainly be quicker!

I ordered seats that were said to be the same as the seats that I asked about. I was told that the seats were the same as the seats that I requested, that was wrong. The seats that I received were smaller than I expected. My son has the seats that I requested so I know what I am talking about. It is a very distasteful experience.

I am happy with these chairs so far. They get more comfortable the longer you sit in them. The power recline is quiet. The LED lights are neat, but i think they'll be off more often than not as they are kind of distracting for movies. I got the top grain leather and it looks and feels like nice leather. I also got two tray tables. The tables themselves are nothing special, but they are very convenient and i am glad i purchased them. They seem durable and easy to clean. Delivery was not perfect. I was told i would get a call to coordinate a delivery time. Instead, on day 14 they just showed up. The driver had a large trailer and got stuck because there wasnt any place to turn around. He ended up stuck in my driveway for 4 hours. Not really his fault, but an inconvenience nonetheless. Overall, i am happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of use.

Our theater seats arrived within one week of ordering. They are of high quality. We are still awaiting the tables since they are on backorder.

I was surprised how well everything went . The salesman was helpful explains the difference from model to the nextthe deliverey team shows me how the chairs worked and each one out to make they did. He made sure at the end that I was totally satisfied before they left
