I purchased a set of three Octane seats from the Theater Seat Store online. I was a little nervous, but they reached out while I was thinking about it and I was able to speak with someone to be sure about my seat selection and confirm the logistics of the delivery into my house. The seats are amazing and I love them. There were a couple of issues with the delivery, as there was some damage and one of the seats was the wrong model. It took some time, but Emeline Bishop stayed with me throughout the whole process - she was proactive and kept my mind at ease that the issues would be resolved. That was the case - they replaced the chair that was the wrong model and they replaced an arm of another chair that had a tear in it from the delivery. Delivery issues happen - the level of support and quality of the product is most important, and so I highly recommend them!

I ordered 6 new Flex HR Theater Chairs. The customer service was excellent. Very informative and extremely responsive. It was very welcomed. Specifically Emeline Bishop was amazing. Continually followed up with a couple of minor issues that she helped resolve. The chairs themselves are great. Exactly what we wanted. We are extremely satisfied with our products.

I want to be very clear that this review is specific to the efforts of recent customer service, and not part of the service assurance, delivery, or repair situation. Emeline was excellent, responsive, and employed really excellent customer service and ownership of a situation she inherited that had been ongoing nearly a year. She did the best to coordinate with repair and figure out what was done, what hasn't worked, and tried to escalate to a solution that seemed like it would fix the situation. Near as we could tell, it would fix the problem and would not need a new repair person. Then I met Sally, who is no short of incredible and is thus far the shining star in the entire organization and has raised the bar for service level. She engaged and from the moment I met her she went above and beyond the call of duty, instead of doing the easiest step she could, she engaged, walked through the examples on the floor and explained how everything worked, then began a solid trouble-shooting conversation so we could partner to really figure out what was going on. She tested the parts repair said didn't work, and gave me my first tutorial of how it is all supposed to hook together, and how it all works. She remained engaged and motivated each day, working with me on connections and what was working and wasn't, what was possible for me to do and what wasn't. She then offered to sacrifice her lunch and nigh insisted on coming out to get this taken care of, treating me with the utmost priority. She used Emeline's excellent notes from before, and coordinated with her across offices so parts weren't sent that were ineffective and would waste resources and money for the company while increasing frustration for the customer. In the end, Sally gave up her lunch to come out, armed with various pieces to verify the fix, and we solved the situation. Tactical, friendly, effective, and she really seemed to care about my situation and the company at the same time. Incredible experience. If I had met Emeline and especially Sally (who had the advantage of being local) originally I am sure I would have had this solved swiftly. If repair or delivery had taken the time to really piece through and troubleshoot the situation, or if we had been walked through all of the connections and how it all works, this would have been taken care of swiftly. Everything works now and I'm relieved. Thank you Emeline for taking good care of me, and Sally for solving it and caring so much.

Simply stated, Theater Seat Store provides excellent service - delivered efficiently and professionally by service reps such as Emeline. It is great, and rare, to get quick access to a competent and customer-focused person (live person) right away when you need service from most companies. Theater Seat Store, and Emeline, set the standard to which all should strive to meet.

We could not be more thrilled with our gorgeous theater chairs! The quality and craftmanship is worth every penny. The amazing staff took such great care of us from start to finish. They kept us abreast throughout the entire process. Making such a huge purchase online can be intimidating but rest assured they all were amazing and the chairs are first class. We probably will never purchase theater seats again but if we win the lottery and build our dream home best believe we will buy from the Theater Seat Store!

A dozen FLASH HR and Accessories: Wow! The entire experience from start (shopping around) to delivery and setup was truly outstanding! Everyone that we interacted with over the phone or by chat was nice, informative and very helpful. Our coordinator, Emeline Bishop, our salesman, Tom and many others that we dealt with, were all great. They used a delivery company, Vision, in our area and they were also great... and the white glove service was worth every penny... there was a lot of plastic and cardboard to deal with; the guys took them upstairs, set them up and carted off the debris. I can not praise the company and delivery enough! Given our great experience, I would highly recommend this company - they exceeded our expectations at every step. Hope and Joel

Outstanding product and customer support! I ordered 6 seats for my home theater in 2016. The seats are attractive, durable and comfortable. After years of use, I had a problem with one of the seats. Customer service helped me troubleshoot, order and replace the needed part. They gave me a direct call back number for follow up questions which was very helpful. I highly recommend Octane Seating!
