Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

Theater Seat Store was so helpful with the purchase of my Octane Diesel chairs. We were in the middle of construction, so they held the order until we were ready for delivery. Once we were ready, the chairs arrived quickly. Hopefully my chairs will last a long time, but I'll shop here again for all my accessories, or if I ever need theater seats in the future.

Excellent customer service! When the 1st replacement part arrived damaged, Sarah in customer service immediately ordered a new part. Shipping is fast and customer support is outstanding!

My husband & I were apprehensive about ordering theater seating on line! BUT, from the 1st call with Theater Seat Store answering all our questions…We are very satisfied. They were delivered on time. The color and comfort are perfect and we saved about $3,000. There was a small tear so I contacted Emeline by email and set up repair. That was completed yesterday with total satisfaction! Thank you and we look forward to being life long customers!!!

Great value and amazing customer service!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Happy with the product. Arrived with slight damage to one cup holder, which was replaced promptly. Delivery/installation was a bit more complicated than expected as the product with risers did not fit through our basement door. Installers did not know how to proceed. They left but were told to come back and did so later that day. Removed risers, carried product downstairs and reattached risers. Installation proceeded without a problem.

I placed an order for a PILLOW in January and received it in MAY!!!! The pillow was 49.50 and was for a recliner i had ordered for my husband for Christmas. The pillow thrust his head forward and was extremely uncomfortable - I ordered brown because the chair is light brown and when my husband saw it he asked why i ordered a black pillow!!!!! So i decided to return it the day i received it and they explained it would go up the chain of command and that they would get back with me on the restocking fee and shipping!!!@@!!!! REALLY - no place to try these PILLOWS out and i have to pay a restocking fee! Shipping i can understand, but RESTOCKING - I don't know how much that will be, but this is poor customer care, thats for sure i order almost EVERYTHING online and have NEVER had to pay a restocking fee. Thumbs down to the THEATER SEAT STORE!!!

We were quite happy with the quality of our chairs and the service we received throughout our experience. Thomas Thorstad, our Sales Rep, was pleasant, descriptive, and quite informative when answering our many questions. There was an understandable delay from the delivery company and Devon kindly helped us navigate those issues. We found the chairs quite beautiful on arrival. Unfortuately, we did need to return one of the chairs and found Devon to be quite understanding. She worked through a solution amenable to us both and then introduced us to Emeline Bishop who became much more than a contact point for our return. She maintained a high level of customer service that included a very professional attitude while offering extremely responsible follow-up as our return faced a long delay due to outside factors beyond anyone’s control. Once confirming the chair had arrived as expected, Emeline was able to secure a refund for us in a most efficient manner. We would not hesitate to work with The Theater Seat Store again in the future because of the people we encountered throughout the process.

I purchased several seats. One came damaged. Customer support was very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Very pleased.
