We had just purchased theater seating a few months ago and we loved it. Yesterday the power buttons quit working on one of the seats. Thank goodness I got Emeline Bishop on the phone to help us out. She assured me we could get this fixed without much troubles. She sent me a email explaining the wiring to check. When I did I discovered a wire was loose and easily fixed. We are even happier now knowing the support we have on our new seating. Teresa Jones

Was a little nervous ordering online but Tom from sales patiently helped me every step of the way, made good recommendations when needed, and ensured everything went so smooth. Item was delivered on time and assembly was so easy. When I had very small issue Emeline was checking in with me and making sure everything was right. Great Customer Service! Highly recommend after my experience buying from them.

Recently bought six home theater chairs from the Theater Seat store. The buying experience was great as well as the delivery set up and removal of packaging which was an option I paid for and well worth it. Overall very happy with the comfort of the seats, quality and the experience with the Theater Seat Store. After adjusting the seats in the room, I noticed a small part was missing on the bottom of one of the chairs. I emailed my contact at the Theater Seat Store who put me in touch with the service team and one of the representatives, Sarah, reviewed the issue immediately sent the part which was easy to screw into the chairs. Later she also followed up to ensure all was OK. I was glad to see that the Theater Seat Store has excellent service and follow up, which is important given the size of the investment. Overall, very happy with the seats so far and my experience with the Theater Seat Store. My family and I are looking forward to enjoying our new Home Theater.

Our furniture is great and only had a slight issue. Emiline, I’m customer service helped resolve the issue quickly. Helpful videos from the company were used along the way. Emiline even followed up with us, which was really thoughtful.

Well it wasn't all good but Monica Zill in customer service should get a bonus. We were charged twice for the furniture we ordered but it wasn't showing on the store side, just on our credit card. Monica worked to get it taken care of and didn't just drop it when her shift was over. She worked on my behalf for several days until it was taken care of.

I ordered an Octane sofa and was a bit concerned about buying something that we couldn’t try out first for comfort. The product exceeded comfort expectations and all other aspects were just as we had hoped. In addition, I spoke to a sales rep after placing my order and he was great in helping me make some minor changes while still getting the best deals they had to offer at that time as well. AND ... I just called because my wife had mistakenly closed the USB door with the wires still inserted (doh!). The rep told me that I could simply unscrew the door and try to pop it back in ... it worked and doesn’t need repair. In summary, this product and company has met or exceeded expectations. I love the accessories, and the wife and college-age kids are totally impressed with the massage feature … typically they are too harsh but this one is perfect for all. The sofa has become a nice short spa-ish reprieve from home office desk work. Our guests are also consistently impressed and consistently say “I want one too”. So much bang for buck with this product line.
