Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

My purchase from Theater Seat Store has been a pleasant surprise, given that I have had quite a few very unpleasant ones with various other sellers in the recent past. There was a slight issue with the delivery, which was resolved quickly and efficiently by Shara. The chairs look nice and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We were looking to upgrade our theater seating and we couldn't find anything reasonable or that we liked locally so I did a Goggle search which is how we found the Theater Seat Store. My wife was apprehensive about purchasing furniture site unseen so we planned a visit to Denver to go their showroom. Our salesperson, Josh was very helpful and patiently showed us the models and outlining the differences. We eventually settled on the Bliss model. Along with the seating we purchased the white glove delivery service. The seating arrived within the time frame that we were promised and the delivery people were exceptional. The white glove service was outstanding. The company quickly assembled the furniture, tested everything and were very careful not to scratch anything. It turned out to be a very good decision. We have been using the seating for 2 months now and my wife loves the heated back massage modes. I find the seats can be configured in a variety of ways so that you are very comfortable. We are very pleased with our decision and I hope this may help someone else who is looking for theater seating.

The delivery had a slight issue, but Emeline quickly made everything right and I was 100% happy with the service, and the seats. Will definitely buy from them again. A+.

Sarah was amazing!! Handled our issue quickly and professionally! She made sure everything was communicated and that we were comfortable doing the needed work to correct the issue! Great asset to your team!! Thank you Sarah!!

I purchased the Oasis LHR chir with heat and massage added to it. The chair arrived and I got it in the house and set up. Connected all the connections and plugged it into the wall. I had one connector that had no where to plug into to. Chair wouldn't work except for lights and USB charging ports. I reached out to report this issue. Talked to a few people via chat and couldn't get it resolved. A week goes by with no functioning chair. Finally I called and spoke to Sarah. Sarah worked with me in this and it took us many emails back and forth with pictures and still couldn't get it right. Sarah chose to replace my control box and wand under warranty. She had sent me an email with more pictures and that she placed the order for new parts. As I was looking at her pictures, I noticed something wasn't right. I had come to find that the factory when they built my chair they had the plug for the wand behind the felt of the chair. During transport it somehow worked its way down behind a part of the wood frame where you couldn't see it or feel it. Wasn't until I removed the control box and pulled it to the right that I moved the plug from behind the wood. Felt around and that was when I realized the plug was hidden. Simply pulled plug out and installed the control box back. Plugged in the connector and found the chair works as it should!!!! Sarah and I both were losing our minds trying to figure it out. Sarah is awesome. Can't thank her enough for all her help!!!!

I shopped around a bit to determine the best sources. I was looking for nice without paying a fortune. Found Theater Seat Store which had good prices and good reviews. The movie seating chairs are excellent. Wife and kids response was "wow"! I paid the extra for set-up as part of delivery which went ok. I wouldn't use that company again but do highly recommend taking the stress out of set-up and pay for it. What was great about it was the responsiveness from The Store. Sarah Vollmer was great. She worked with me after the purchase and then through setup. She was ready to jump in and help throughout. The best sign of a good company is not one that never has problems. Minor bumps always happen. But good companies response to customers and remedy any issues. Thank you, Sarah!

We recently purchased Octane XL700 chairs, one row of 3 standard ones and one row of 3 with the built-in removable risers. Shipping was fast and arrived earlier than the estimated timeframe. The chairs are beautiful, honestly nicer than I expected when I was nervous buying them online without ever seeing them first. They are incredibly comfortable, and it’s awesome to have them very close to the wall and still fully recline. The leather is sleek and having the charger USB ports are nice. We are not the biggest fan of the super bright blue lights, but they look cool to have them on before your movie starts. Assembly wasn't difficult at all and you can just feel that it’s top quality furniture. It was an expensive purchase but worth every dollar, and we are really excited to have these for a long time. I highly recommend this product. A few hiccups happened with the delivery service we requested and with the removable risers of our back row. Working with the BEST customer service rep Emeline Bishop, she helped me resolve both issues and provided fast communication throughout. She went above and beyond assisting me, and honestly made the whole process easy as pie. She’s a gem.

Initially, the custom theater sectional that I ordered was missing brackets to link the units together. I reached out to customer service and Emeline B. was able to ship me the parts that I needed quickly. Thank you!
