Great experience from start to finish. Alec A. took the time to show us the various options that fit our budget. When I picked up the chairs, the warehouse operators were courteous and helpful. Small worn area in the leather when the seats arrived from a metal bracket that rubbed during shipping. John J. put in an order to ship out a new back within hours of sending them a picture. Highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasant buying experience at theaterseat.com. After being on the phone with a few different companies, I finally called theaterseat.com and spoke with Anna Hernandez. She was able to answer all my questions and completed the order. I can't wait for the theater seats to arrive.

Kudos to Clara Hinojosa for her excellent service in assisting me in purchasing theater seats for my entertainment room. I'm awaiting the arrival of my seats to complete my entertainment center. Summary: We purchased 5 seats from Theaterseat.com in 2015. We had an awful experience with the quality of the product and Customer Service. I am not one to write poor reviews (I'd much rather sing the praises of great products/services) but our experience was so awful... Shortly after posting my review Lynn Meza, a new Customer Service Manager at Theaterseat.com, replied to the post. She invited me to contact her regarding our experience. I called her today, and we had a very good conversation. The Theaterseat.com we dealt with no longer exists. The company was sold to another but has retained the name. She assured me that no customer would ever experience what we did, and that's GREAT! I'll leave this post up for a little while so that anyone that read my previous (very poor) review may see that it is no longer relevant...Then I'll delete it. I truly wish all the best for the 'new and improved' Theaterseat.com...And a 'Thank You' to Lynn for caring enough to read and respond to my review (on a SUNDAY!)

I dealt with Anna Hernandez it the purchase of my theater seating. She was very helpful in the selection of our chairs. I would definitely deal with her again. A credit to your company. If she didn't know the answer she found out for us. Good job!!

This is the best company, 4seating. The product is very high quality, the staff is friendly and helpfull, the delivery is excellent. I used the white glove service and they were on time and professional. Special thanks goes out to Richard for his hard work and helpfulness. We are very pleased with 4seating.
