Anna is an asset to your company. She was professional, helpful, and never pressured me into anything. I had many questions due to the fact that I am buying something without trying it out. I hope the product is as good as your service. I was leaning to not purchasing the insurance, but when she explained if I have a mechanical failure or rip or stain, etc., it would be covered for 5 years. It made sense to add the insurance after hearing that. If everything works out, I may buy another one. Thanks Anna!
