This was the funest part of the new home. It shipped as told which we ordered way early thinking we would get much later then told so we had to store. Now it's in place it's the wow factor of a home full of surprises. Great service and great quality thanks.

I literally never sit down and actually write reviews - lazy I guess, which is apropos. However I called Alex to ask some questions about my order, which I made online - he helped me understand what I'd ordered, applied discounts that I didn't know about, and walked me through exactly how the chair worked, would be delivered, how the warranty worked, what to expect - and on top of that let me forward him my online order so he could process it FASTER than before. So in the end I got a way better experience than expected, money off, and my chairs will be here faster (and they're better than I expected too). Alex genuinely cared and walked me through everything thoughtfully. A+

Clarissa made my experience with 4seating very pleasurable. I felt Clarissa was attentive to our concern when we received notification that our original order was not available until May. Clarissa was professional, she offered help with choosing in stock merchandise according to the color and specifications of our choice. She made the exchange process an easy transaction. Thanks to Clarissa we are enjoying our theater room presently.

I had an excellent experience with the customer support of 4Seating.com. One of the delivered seats was broken. After contacting John Jasso of support, he arranged for a new one to be delivered in a few days. He was very responsive; a quality that is sometimes lacking in the world of web retail.

Dario showed excellent customer service and did not pressure us into buying the seats. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on our theater seats. Dario is the man!!

Received my Seatcraft Sonoma seats and had a couple of questions. John was able to answer them immediately and quickly forwarded both a document to help my remaining installation issue and placed a package in the mail with the necessary items. I received a shipping confirmation almost immediately. Great service! Thanks.

This company, specifically John Jasso, has been excellent to work with! The level of support and turnaround to my requests between the time I ordered my theater seating through a few small warranty fixes required, I've received nothing but prompt and world class service!
