Anna Hernandez Seating Specialist Made my night. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. I was so uncertain what I wanted to purchase, but she explained everything to me and she was VERY PATIENT WITH ME... she was off the chart with her customer service. The chairs that I ordered is for our family room. Once our rec room is completed I will definetly place another order to complete our movie theatre room. I love my chairs and the customer service when I spoke with Anna. The lighted cup holders were backordered which wasn't a problem, but the estimated date in stock changed a couple times and I still don't have them. However, Anna reassured me today that they are now in stock and on their way! I have had the Genesis seats since February and so far so good! The leather is exceptional and they were easy to put together. Would definitely order from again!
