I’m not sure about other equipment but I ordered golf shoes that seemed ok but when I wore them on the course were the most uncomfortable shoes. I called customer service to see if I can replace them with something else and they told no no because the shoes I ordered did not have a comfort warranty. Steer clear of this place if you need golf shoes. How do you know until you try them if they are comfortable. Strange policy here.

Good alternative golf shopping site to going into a retail store.

I always check TGW among the first when researching golf products. I've been able to purchase by phone when specs or sizes would not show on the website. Service is as good or better than the values I find on their site. Love saving money by wearing last seasons gear!!!

TGW is a great value for my golfing needs. I like to use them whenever I can and I always receive great products and strong value.

Have shopped several times at TGW over the last some years and once again today. On the whole happy with purchases - have only had to return one item which was a putter with a shaft that was not true. It was packed well and was new so not sure who to blame but it was quickly replaced.

TGW needs to state for discontinued items they do not pay for the shipping costs but will be reimbursed. I tried and went down to fedex to return the shoes in the same box it came in and the CHEAPEST ground shipping cost was $56. Your TGW customer service rep told me to go down to fedex and ask for the cheapest shipping method and to put the receipt in box and write full refund and the shipping cost would be refunded. The fedex worker doubted TGW would refund such a high shipping cost for an item that only cost $39. I will never buy anything from TGW because of the hassle to your return policy.
