I have found a better way to vent your anger against tgw beside writing a review. Go on line to the Better Business Bureau in Wichita KS and fill out a complain as to the way your problems have been handled by this company. I completed such a form and waiting to a response to my complaint. No company wants complaints registered on BBB. Two days later, I heard from TGW stating they were going to refund the entire amount owed to me. BBB is the way to go.

I made a custom order of a Callaway golf iron. The order was processed wrong and the customer service representative had extreme difficulty understanding the nature of the error. After a long conversation I am returning club for refund. Don't want to go down this same path again. The purchase was time critical and the shipment was not made by air as represented. Bad job TGW

No free shipping return. Customer service is bad and rude. Unfortunately, I bought a lot of stuff there and I will refrain from buying there again.

Horrible customer service. I will never shop at tgw again. A friend had sent me a golf shirt and skirt for my birthday, which I exchanged for golf shoes. I spent 20 minutes with a customer service rep, who assured me that the exchange would be made, without involving my friend. When I called to check that tgw had received the returned merchandise, I was told that, despite the specific notes in the file, tgw had credited my friend, instead of me. Addie, an incompetent customer service manager, admitted that it was their error but refused to rectify it. Her answer? That instead of the full credit, she’d give me $14 off the golf shoes. TGW, today’s most successful companies are credited with their dedication to customer service. Based on that, your future does not look good.

Great selection and pricing. Customer service was amazing! FedEx screwed up and these guys were Johnny on The Spot!! Had my product next day!
