Ordered a set of Titliest T300 irons on August 19. Day 69 and no clubs or follow up email. I realize the COVID has slowed things down but 69 days is far from 3 weeks advertised time for custom irons. 1200 dollars and still can't get an email. Highly recommend not shopping with them. They have missed the chance for a matching driver and fairway woods.

The central online site for the availability of all types of golf products. I love the email specials, keep them coming. Perhaps include email specials specifically for one gender purchasing for another, particularly as gifts tied to seasonal promotions or holidays.

Worst Service ever. Spent 10 or 15 minutes in the Wichita Kansas store, no help. Workers refused to get off their dead butts. Apparently computers and sell phones were more important than customers. Left without buying anything.

Shipping takes way to long. Got multiple emails saying my delivery will be Arriving tomorrow. And then waiting all day for tomorrow to go by just for it not to come. If I have a month to wait for Delivery then yes I will definitely order from there again but not if I want it in a rush.

Ordered the Callaway Rogue X. Set i ordered was a 5 iron through AW. 7 irons total. Only received 5-7, missing 9,pw and aw. Have contacted customer service three times and still no resolution or able to talk to someone that can resolve the problem. Paid $580 for set and apparently they don't give a damn. Anyone have a solution? I'm about to lose my @%$$%@%^@#!
