Shipped shoe box in a plastic bag. Arrived severely damaged. Very slow response time for conclusion and by the time I got one more than a week later they didn't have the shoe size in stock with which to replace it.

Placed a order in 11/28/2020, received order on 12/14/2020. Ordered customized golf balls they screwed up the order. Don’t order from this company, order from PGA superstore.

They have a wide selection of products and great prices. I thought it might take a while to get my order but it was delivered quickly.
