TGWReviews of tgw.com

Very easy time navigating through there site, super awesome prices!

have purchased from the website multiple times. Always have come away completely satisfied. Thanks

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Order that was supposed to reach me in 2 days ended up taking a week. Unable to get ANY tracking information, and when the order reached my city it was immediately returned to TGW by the shipper (Fedex) as "undeliverable." No one from customer service has returned my messages, and chat has been offline for the last week. I never received my order, no one will respond to let me know the order has been canceled, and they have not refunded my money. Will never shop with TGW again.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. By far the WORST customer service, if you can even call it that. I have ordered from this company twice, and both times had major issues. Most recently, I call everyday, have a 30 minute hold time, ask for a call back and never get a call back. I have also sent 3 emails. sent an IG message and also a tweet, with no response.

Site is very good, no complaints there- what I didn't like is that they charge my credit card on day of order. 5 days later the order still hasn't shipped, it's "in process". I am canceling today.

I bought "wide" golf shoes and they were not wide enough. They made me pay for return shipping.

Happy with what i saw look forward to shopping here more.

The website was easy to use, the product was affordable, the shipping was on time, and the product was in great condition when it arrived. I will definitely order again
