This is very bad company with customer service. I have made a order on 4/5, and I was told the item will arrive on 4/17. But until today they showed still in process. I called them about 10 days ago, they told me the order will be canceled soon. But until now nothing they have done. I sent them emails twice but they returned and tell me do not send email again because too much emails to them now with doing nothing for my request. My order is still in process! I have no idea what I can do.

Horrible shipping service. Horrible company. Live in Louisville, KY. Item shipped to KY.... then somehow shipped to central Indiana where it has sat for 4 days - NO movement. Called customer service and rep says what can he do - it's in the hands of the shipping company. I told him I would file an appeal for reimbursement from the credit card company. He said do what you want and hung up.

Simple and Easy to use!

I tried other sources to search for golf shoes in my size but there were limited items in my size and the search process was frustrating. TGW.com was easy to navigate and there were many products to shop. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at tgw.com!!

I ordered a product from this company on the 7th and I still no have received my order. I called the customer service department and told them of my experience and that I am still waiting. IO was told that deliveries can take up to 8 business days for delivery. Fair enough, but the only reason top order from this place then would be because there is an item you want an that is not available at a local sports store or golf shop. It certainly was not cheaper. I could have driven and picked it up from the warehouse and driven home faster than it has taken so far. I won't be ordering from this company again

Amazing customer service - got a live person immediately who helped ensure my cart bag would arrive in time before my tourney! So professional FINALLY a company that is there for you !!!! To actually call !!! Can you believe it!!! I won't shop for any golf items online except TGW.
