After 17 yrs of ordering items from TGW without incident, they screwed me on a return driver. I hit it about 20 minutes on the range and knew it wasn't for me. So I returned it thinking I'd get a refund. After I returned it, they said it had ball marks and scratches... LIE! I took pics at the FedEx drop off before returning. ABSOLUTELY no scratches or a single ball mark. They would not issue a refund and refused to send the driver back. Never again... I'm done with TGW. AVOID THEIR RETURN PROCESS AS IT'S A RIP OFF.

Very pleased and satisfied with my recent purchase from TGW and all my purchases I’ve made from TGW. The best website as well and have had great customer service when I’ve needed it.

TWG is easy to navigate. I appreciate the free shipping on orders over $99.

Worst service ever. Still don't have my order and it's been almost a month. First my order was backordered and then a replacement item traveled all over the US on it's way to me and it still hasn't arrived. Trying to get an answer from customer service is impossible. All you get is the run around. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Super easy and great selections!

My biggest complaint with TGW is slow shipping and product arrival. If I select a certain delivery date during checkout, then that is when I expect delivery unless there is some natural disaster. The current order is already +1 week over the scheduled delivery date. The result of this experience is that I will shop at other resellers. This was my last order at TGW.

Horrible shipping, rude customer service, no response to emails. This company needs to wake up. Will not use them again.
