First order they didn’t deliver it all. So this order I asked to open the boxes and again discovered not all the order was there so I sent it back. The driver was very unhelpful and was mad I opened the boxes. I asked the vendor the first time not to use them so I’ve ask again. It just makes me want to get on Amazon

Forced to give a star to be able to write a review. Pathetic business conduct. Freight was picked up at our address simply because we had the space, and the ability to load the truck. They had directives for billing noted on their BOL, that their driver had in his possession, at the time of loading. Harassed us monthly for over a year because it was still billed incorrectly. I had to contact their customer to get it corrected. Received proof that it was paid in full in June. Received a letter from a collection lawyer on October 6 looking for payment...

Tforce tried to make a delivery on the Friday before the 4th of July in the afternoon without checking that we would be there later. It took them a week to redeliver and now trying to charge me an $800 fee (more) to bring it back 7 days later. I would avoid doing business with this company.

RUDE!! We have shipments delivered to our residence for our business. We have a very long driveway. I asked the driver today after he dropped my pallet at the very end of my driveway if he could bring it up to the garage. He told me no. I told him we might have an issue getting in and out of the driveway. He told me they can go around. I have already had one person stop and ask if what I have is able to be taken for free. Having it at the end of my driveway looks like it is free materials. I am very small in stature, and now I am breaking down a pallet to pull heavy rolls of plastic into my garage. I have never had a shipping company deliver by semi and not bring it up to my garage. This shipment was also a signature required shipment. He did not collect my signature. We will never use T Force Freight again. How rude! All it would’ve taken was an extra 40 seconds to bring it up to my garage.

Placed an order on Zara with express shipping. I guess they contract out deliveries to TForce. TForce says my package was delivered on Friday at 8:11 pm. I have camera footage of my house and no one dropped that package off. Zara is also useless but that’s another review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are absolute SWINDLERS. Customer service is bad, they're doing all their business in BAD FAITH. They should be shut down.

This company is horrible! They skipped a scheduled pick up three days in a row. Then one of our logistics team members mistakenly booked freight through them again. They were able to deliver 1 out of 3 pallets to a new customer of ours across the border in Canada. One week later the customer received the second pallet and we have not heard on the third pallet. It doesn't matter how cheap their rates are if you lose customers over it.
