I wish zero stars on this company. They messed my adress up multiple times i told corect adress first time, the driver is rude refused to deliver my package at my house said it was too heavy. he dumped it off infront of the wrong house beside the garbage bin. I paid $3500 for this, It is no where to be seen. I called the dispatch they so rude as well yelling and screaming. They are same like amazon drivers they drop off any where they can thats convient for them and leave pretend nothing has happened. Zero stars, no apologize or refund.

The most HORRIBLE company in the shipping business. One excuse after another why shipment wasn’t delivered. Been dealing with this for over a week now. 4 different excuses for 4 different days. Still no package. Calling and talking with them is useless . INCOMPETENCE PERSONIFIED

DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM! THEY ARE UNTRUTHFUL AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME YOU POINT OUT THEIR MISTAKES! WAS QUOTED TO SHIP LTL AN ITEM $998.69 AND GET A BILL FOR $1509.76!!! EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY PROMISED ME THEIR FIRST TIME SHIPPING DISCOUNT OF 86% OFF HOWEVER THEY DID NOT APPLY THIS DISCOUNT. NOW THEY CLAIM THE QUOTE I AM CLAIMING I GAVE THEM IS FOR DIFFERENT ZIP CODES / FREIGHT CLASS?!?! THE QUOTE IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS I SHIPPED!

T Force is horrible. We shipped a pallet of products and had some issues with the BOL. We submitted all of the corrections and documentation multiple times. The quote went from around $460 to $2700+?! I call every month or so to try and get updates. No one contacts me back. I have to explain the issue to a new customer service rep every time. No one ever contacts me back. Now more than a year later they have their lawyer call me to strong-arm me into paying.

Today is August 26 and Since May 5th I am waiting for my parcel and now. It shows it got delivered but never received it I’m so pissed each time I call no one can find or give me a satisfying answer. Worst company ever.

Contacted my local UPS Store about shipping a floor model stereo that is 50 years old. The local store did a wonderful job explaining the process of shipping and delivery. They stated that the freight company, tforce freight, would be delivering the shipment. I was told they (tforce) would notify the recipient upon arrival and place it in the home, but the recipient would have to uncrate. What happened is tforce simply dumped the package in front of the house and departed. Local UPS store investigated, and they were told tough SH--> tforce stated they changed their policy and do not call and simply leave the freight. Extremely poor response and poor business model. I will never do business with them again and urge anyone to do the same as I find their conduct unprofessional and nonchalant. If it were their freight being delivered in this way, they no doubt would be the first to complain. Just another example of a corporation who wants your money and business but do not deliver. Stay away. There should be a zero-star selection in the review as this company does not deserve the 1 star I had to give!!

This is a very bad company will not recommend them to anyone package was suppose to be delivered on the 29th they said the truck broke down and tried to charge our company 149.00 to deliver it because it was attempt to deliver they never showed up it is now 8-16-2022 and we are tryin to get our pump here this is our company main water supply pump and you can not get a straigh answer from these people. this is a very bad company and somoeone needs to notifiy highter ups and let them know how terriable the service is

I had to make sure I wasn’t the only one having issues with this company. Had a brand new stove delivered. I could see the box was damaged on arrival. The driver wouldn’t let me open it until after I signed the paperwork. Opened it and the whole back in was smashed in. The manufacturer sent me a replacement, but foolishly used the same shipping company. It was supposed to be here a week ago. Now they can’t find it. How do you lose a stove?
