I ordered a transmission from MDL Drivershaft, and it wasn't cheap. It was ordered on July 8, 222 and Shipped out on July 13, 22. It reached the final destination on July 28,22. The shipment was wrapped nicely so I could not see the 1500 clutch kit with a big hole in the the box. I removed the plastic to inspect everything. I opened the box and the clutch was missing. I called T-Force about my stolen item. Haven't heard back from them yet. I'm a detective and its very clear to me hat someone stolen the clutch from the box and keep the box on the pallet along with the rest of the items, so it appear that everything is still there. I hope T-Force can resolve my issue.

SET UP A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT AND IT CAME AND WENT , NO DELIVERY MADE , COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FOR 5 DAYS , NO COMMUNICATION , FINALLY THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DRIVE ON A GRADED DIRT ROAD , THEY NEVER CALLED , CONTRACTED BY UPS , FAIL ON BOTH OF THEM , USE FEDEX INSTEAD

The WORST freight company in the US, and it's not even close. 1 Star is about 5 stars more than they deserve. If you see their name associated with your delivery, just prepare to have multiple headaches, and damaged or lost items.

T-Force was paid to deliver an $18,000 laser to me in the Salt Lake City area. Everything tracked as on schedule for delivery on August 15th and it was received in the Salt Lake City hub on the 14th. I have tried repeatedly to call the main service number and am disconnected when transferred to the local service department. I missed a call a week ago and they left two additional numbers. Neither has voicemail and one was finally answered after days of attempts. When reached, they were unable to set an appointment for delivery and acknowledged that there was no other way to communicate, except through the mostly unattended phone numbers. The company that sold the laser now says that they were able to reach someone and that an appointment has been set for delivery, 17 days after the promised date. These guys are a joke. Ship with anyone else! I'm losing thousands of dollars in daily production and I can't even communicate with someone to complain. Interestingly, ten days ago, I purchased a 10,000 pound lathe from a company in Florida. It was delivered in four days...

Called me on Friday - called back same day arranged delivery on Monday. Monday I call - they have no record of me calling back. Arrange delivery Tuesday between 10-5. I called several times during day to see what time will be delivered. Last call said around 5.30pm. I am here waiting still since 10am. It is now 5.31pm and no sign of them.

This unprofessional company lost my package, and after almost 3 weeks can’t give me a definitive answer of what is going on. Keep getting ‘canned’ copy/paste responses without information, then no responses at all. When I called, I got apologies, assurances and promises of delivery within the next 48 hours…… then nothing. No delivery, no explanation and now no response. It would be better if you took your shipment to a dump and threw it in the pile…… at least you’d know where it is. UPDATE: I submitted review on Google as well. T-Farce ‘responded’ on Google with the same ‘copy/paste’ BS they gave everyone else and asked I forward shipment info to them and they’d address problem….. I resent info (AGAIN) and days later I’m still waiting fir a response. This company is a scam and should be avoided and reported. UPDATE 2: After weeks T-Farce finally admitted losing package and suggested I contact my supplier to refund/replace order. This is their ‘solution’? It’s like they admit breaking my window, then tell me I should buy another window. Since UPS dumped them, this company has loads of complaints at the Better Business Bureau and 1 star ratings everywhere else. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

After reading all the terrible reviews, I was concerned about my delivery of a bandsaw by TForce. To my surprise, it was a very professional and problem free experience. I was left a voice mail to call and arrange a delivery time. They answered after two rings, and were polite. The driver called 30 mins prior to arrival. He did not dump the 400# saw at the curb, but moved it to the garage door for me. He was professional and very polite. Maybe it's a roll of the dice on which warehouse and driver you end up dealing with.

NIGHTMARE experience with TForce Freight aka UPS Freight. I shipped 1 pallet from GA to California via ground shipping which is typically $400 to $700. TForce Freight charged $8,500 (that's right). Both myself and my customer were flabbergasted. My customer refused to sign the bill and the pallet was returned to the TForce warehouse. Over the next 37 days, we called and spoke to customer service over 20 times, never speaking to the same person twice. We had to re-explain the billing issues each time and were told each time; they would escalate to a supervisor. If we received a confirmation email from a representative, it was a no-reply address and lacked contact info. Finally, they said they would review the billing issue; however, it would take 10 to 12 business days. When I called after this time, I was told they could only work with the receiver and not (me the shipper). Without this issue being resolved the pallet was delivered. We are still waiting on the final bill and amount. This barely encapsulates the frustration, headaches, and heartburn TForce Freight caused me and my customer.
