I do not understand this courier company, have my package form Dec 4 and on December 14 still they do not know where the package is they have a very no scenes message they sent about that they have the package but they did not where the package is and will let me know when it is for delivery. I really not sure even if i can call this bad service, it is no service at all Avoid any business using this courier for deleivery

Avoid using this shipping company at all costs. We ship multiple pallets each day and without fail every time we have used them it has been a mistake. We are currently waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago (>4 hours total drive time between shipper and receiver) and they continue to push off the delivery date. We can't get a straight answer from any rep and still have no idea when this order will be delivered. We have now made it company policy to NEVER use them again, I suggest you do the same.

This has to be the worst shipping company out there. Deliveries ALWAYS late (and not by a few days, but by WEEKS)! I don't know why a company like Adidas uses this trash to ship online orders. Won't be ordering from Adidas anymore. My orders that were shipped back in early November have still not reached me (it's almost mid-December)!

customer service no way to rate calls always disconnect or provided incorrect information, I call on a daily basis and I always get a different answer from each rep. I am just glad someone is willing to help, too many bad apples in this company.

Literally Delivey my package to someone’s else door and trying to convince me it’s my door even sent an extremely blurry picture . What non sense is this , I really wanted my package and now I have to do without because a you guys laziness and not caring enough if someone’s package is delivered correctly are not , I don’t even know how y’all still in business with all the awful situations y’all put people through . Now y’all lost my package and I lost my money . Thanks for a merry Christmas

The worst company to use. Avoid at all costs. I have now instructed my team to put this vendor on hold and never to use them again. We shipped goods valued at $20k (pretty bulky components - one would think not easy to lose...) After 4 weeks the package could not be traced and we were informed that we could put a claim in. Claim was paid out based on standard clauses in their fine print and we received a check for +-$800 to compensate for our $20k loss... They are terrible to work with and communication is terrible to say the least. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! How can I give "0" stars?

Our tracking info has not updated for a week and they have not answered any of my emails. Had to call a few times and finally got through to customer support. They said the freight is lost and have to open a claim. Horrible service

WORST COURIER! Delivers at 9pm! Some people goes to bed early because they need to go to work early the next day. Like what kind of courier delivers at 9pm!
