If I can give them a zero I would. For Christmas I had ordered all off my gifts which they were suppose to be delivered , they statused the package as delivered but never did, Two days ago again theystated a package was delivered and in fact it never was . I live in a building with cameras , the videos were reviewed and they never delivered the package. Our packages are being stolen and the worst thing about it is that they are getting away with it. What are the owners of tforce doing about this? This is called high way robbery! Why are these employees not being held accountable for there actions? They who represent T force .

Two weeks of the run around about picking up a shipment. Everyday a driver will be out tomorrow and no one shows up.

I am a sunsetter awning dealer in Ft Collins colorado... the force is terrible... Awnings I order come to Denver and sit on the dock sometimes for 3 to four weeks until I beg them to deliver the product Employees there tell me the workers don't like to deliver the awnings so they stash them in the corner of the shipping yard hoping they will disappear They lose ( yes say they are lost ) 250 pound awnings and I have to reprder... this company is terrible and I don't know they even stay in business I would give them a negative star but they didn't have that option

I was stuck in a nightmare loop for 7 straight days...Each time I called after moving meetings, staying home from work to accommodate, it was always "Oh, that didn't get scheduled. Let me get that scheduled for tomorrow," only to have this repeated each and every day, despite talking to the scheduling coordinator. She even gave me their address and told me I could come get it on my own with a TRAILER. Of the two customer service numbers, you cannot leave a voicemail on one, and the other rings infinitely. The day it finally arrived 2 hours after the promised window, my husband (who was thankfully home; I work from home) and I had to unload all 3000lbs of the lumber ourselves from the back of the truck that didn't have a large enough lift to accommodate the pallets. This consumed my life for a week and was one of the most unbelievably frustrating experiences I have encountered. Not once did anyone even apologize or express concern. The fact that I was the one that had to reach out to them repeatedly every day before someone *actually* made sure it got put on a truck is ridiculous, because I always spoke to the same three people! Please do not use this company, they obviously will not change.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they lie and fix their tracking dates. But they lie to your face. When confronted with they’re one texts and screenshots of their tracking. They don’t respond. They ghost you NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

This company was scheduled to deliver on a Friday no call or no show. I called and was told it was rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday came and again no call or no show. I called they said since we are in a remote area that it was rescheduled for the next Friday. Called on Friday to confirm delivery for that day and they said they lost the item. This is a giant hood for an 18-wheeler truck, not an envelope. How does a hood get lost that is the size of a car? Now a week later and still can't find the hood. Having to buy another hood and shipping with a different company.

For some reason, American Eagle decided to use Tforce to ship my order. I was really excited to finally have a pair of jeans that fit me, since they offer shorter cut jeans online. However, tforce never updated the tracking on my package, the single update they gave me made no sense, “package info has been provided but item has not been received for delivery.” After two weeks, still no package. I have no idea what happened to it, there’s not a single update to even know if it’s coming. I’m just going to get a refund, but I don’t know why anyone would use this awful shipping company.

T-Force Houston Terminal- RUDE!!! They contacted me on Monday to tell me they would deliver to me on Thursday between 11am - 4pm. My husband took off work to wait for it. I decided to call at 2pm to check on the time of delivery and they informed me that it did not get on the truck. I have called and called and the few people that decided to answer the phone were rude and they do not care. I asked them why they did not call to let me know it was not even coming and they informed me that they did not have time to call everyone. They told me it would deliver Monday, I asked the guy if I was supposed to just sit there on Monday and wait for them again and they would do this to my again and he said "Yes". They are liars and have horrible service. They did this to someone else I know and he had to wait a month before he got his part and they kept doing the same thing to him every week. I will never order anything from anyone if it is shipped with this company. I have called the company I ordered from and they told me that I could get my credit as soon as they received it back. That is unacceptable also as TForce will most likely never send it back. So my money is just out there. Not good. I can't believe how horrible everything is getting in the world. Can't get any type of good service anymore. Disappointing.
