tforcefreight.comReviews of tforcefreight.com

Tforce has taken 14 days to move a 210lb pinbox from Missouri to Washington State. So far, 12 of those days were the item sitting in two different depos. Tforce does not care about anyone’s time just their fing bottom line. The item is currently sitting in Utah waiting for what I assume a full truck. It is now two days behind schedule. They just move the estimated delivery date to the next day. Regardless of what a realistic estimate is. I would never hire them unless an item was ordered months ahead of when it is needed. They are a joke. It would be a great place to start a trucking company they have everything you need just bring your integrity and customer service then you’ll have something. Welcome to Biden’s world and one step closer to Cold War era socialism where you stand in long lines for your stale liar of bread ration.

Terrible company

The driver assigned to our delivery was an absolute saint and a tremendous help. Not only was he prompt and courteous, he turned that huge truck around to help me move it to a more convenient place for our team, without hesitation! Would definitely use this company again. Nolan you are the best!!!

Nolen, the deliverer arrived earlier than scheduled and came with a positive attitude. He was very patient and considerate of our needs. He handled his job diligently and with care. He exhibited stellar communication skills.

We ordered a Sunsetter awning. Sunsetter "shipped" the awning 4 weeks ago and provided a TForce Tracking number. After being unable to find our shipment in tracking we made contact with Sunsetter. They report that Tforce has a backlog of shipments sitting in a terminal and are unable to provide a delivery date. Update: After almost 6 weeks of not knowing where our shipment had gone we notified Costco.com and received a refund.

1 is being generous. Phone system -1, Customer Service -1, Overall Service -2, Procedures -1. Here is your 5 rating, unfortunately it's on the negative side.

Actually 0 stars or less! The worst delivery company we've ever had to date has been TForce. We purchased cabinets for the laundry room from an RTA company.(ready to assemble) Easy delivery, flat boxes. Stated that we needed a box truck to deliver since our new build is at the top of a narrow winding road with a major switch back that isn't suitable for large trucks. When TForce called to schedule, they said they didn't have box trucks. A delivery company that doesn't have box trucks???? Even their driver told us they had them. My husband was told that he could come to TForce's warehouse to pick up his delivery! We paid for delivery! Delivery day: the driver calls and is not driving a box truck, but he's coming up, or so he says! Until he reaches the sign at the bottom of the mountain that says "Road not suitable for large trucks". Haha So while the cabinet company is trying their best to find another company to deliver, TForce has our cabinets and is trying to charge the cabinet company for storage! Lol Several days later our cabinets came.....in a box truck from Estes Freight. TForce took over UPS Freight and is made up of former UPS employees. Hmm, I bet UPS was happy to see them go. Oh, the "T" in TForce stands for Terrible!

Nolen was extremely helpful and accommodating on my delivery day. I wasn't home the day of the delivery, but we spoke through the Ring doorbell. He agreed to push the boxes into my garage. I opened the garage door remotely, and he returned to the ring doorbell to let me know that the boxes were in safe and that I could close the garage back down. Thanks again.
