Absolute disaster!! I ordered a $7000 dollar outdoor gorilla playset. They failed to inform me that apparently they can not deliver to a residential address due to the size of their trucks. They only do curb side even on a main road.. they apparently stop and hold traffic up to unload it. you are required to have or find a truck and trailer sturdy enough to go haul it yourself! This is absolutely not the service I paid for!! You can not get ahold of anyone and if you do, they hang up on you!!! I even called the main office for customer service just for them to transfer me back to the local freight station. Awful company with lazy people who don't care rather you get your package or not!! GINA hates her job and is a very sour lady.

I found the tforce dispatch and driver to be very helpful. Driver Nolen called ahead, was timely and pleasant. My shipment appeared to be 100% undamaged-- not even the typical scuffs/scrapes I see on the outside of LTL wooden shipping crates.

T force Fontana hub has been a complete nightmare. They scheduled without notification then twice didn’t show up. You can’t get a hold of anyone who actually does anything to help. Still haven’t received my product.

They are apparently incapable of delivering to residential addresses due to the size of their trucks, (at least that's what they told me) so I didn't get the level of service that I paid for. I ended up having to rent a truck and meet them to pick up my (heavy) order. Hope I never have to deal with this outfit again.

A shty company. They damaged our product and concealed with like color shrink wrap to mask the damage. On top of that they declined claim saying I signed it. Yes I signed it because they masked the damaged with similar color shrink wrap so I didn't see the damage at the time of signing. No more business for these thieves.

I ordered some lumber that was shipped thru Tforce from Cali to Denver. I was told by the supplier that my order was being shipped and the shipping company would call me when it arrived in Denver from California...Wrong! The shipping company expected me to 'make an appointment' once it arrived in Denver, only one problem - they never called to tell me it had arrived! I belatedly got a tracking number which was no help at all. After waiting for them to call for ten days, I got on the internet / phone and tried to contact the shipping terminal in Denver. (They literally never answer their phone there). A nice lady from the office in Cali tried to contact them as well to no avail. She did say that the lumber was in Denver at their terminal and that is was not 'in a locked trailer', so I could go pick it up. So, I drive down to Denver from Boulder to have them tell me it IS in a locked trailer and that they cannot get into it between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00 ??? So, the order finally shows up, but they forget to drop off a small package of accessories. Now, I have to wait another ten days for that and hopefully it will show up without some nonsense about making an appointment. I guess they are trying to improve things over there, but they have a long way to go.

DO NOT! I repeat....DO NOT use T-Force. I promise that you will be disappointed. They have become the worst carrier our company has ever used in our 26 years of business. They lost an entire PALLET of ours going to Grand Canyon, AZ. They also have decided to wait until they get other pickup/delivery requests for individual companies (not areas) to deliver pallets without even asking consignees. Awfully ran company, ever since they bought UPS Freight they have been nothing but unprofessional and garbage.

Tforce was hired to transport freight from Grand Rapids, MI, to Grand Junction, CO, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. It's been 17 days in transit, and I still have no clear idea when my shipment will arrive. I've reached out to the company twice, only to be told that they can't provide a delivery date. The lack of communication and transparency is concerning, especially when time-sensitive materials are involved. The delay has not only caused inconvenience but has also impacted my business operations. I expect a professional trucking company to honor its commitments and keep its customers informed. Unfortunately, this company has failed to meet those basic expectations.
