Worst experience ever. Please whoever has to use this unprofessional company in the future do not do it. They have no manner they close the phone while you are asking for your package. They lie every single day its the 5th day and I haven't received yet my package.

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I was shipping a 85 pound item from Texas to Maryland, they priced us at $1800 to go 1600 miles. They promised us a 3 day delivery which is the reason we decided to go with this company, it took them over a week to deliver and the truck they sent to my father in laws house couldn’t not even deliver to their house, they have to drive into town and meet this driver in a highschool parking lot. I setup the order over the phone was told I had to drive it a hour and half to the south Austin location for it to be sent out. When I arrived no one there understood what I was talking about nor did they have anything on their side that showed I had already set up an order. (Mind you they already took my package then told me they couldn’t deliver it) I refused to leave from there without having my package sent out. The lady’s in the south Austin location were nice but not very useful at all. They could only do anything if the “service team” in another country could approve it first. After 2 hours on the phone at this location we finally got our package sent out (or so they told us) then found out the package didn’t leave that facility for 24 hours. Not only did they have the worst customer service in the world but they also price gauge like crazy. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

TForce is the worst! My package never arrived, and I've lost five packages with them so far.

I, too, did not receive my shipment, and I live in an area with cameras. I called Nordies to explain that we do not have problems receiving our packages and that simple research (which led me here) shows that this carrier should not be used as one of their vendors. I hope my feedback helps remove them as a delivery service in the future.

Waste of time and money. Lying, useless customer service.

Horrible company! Ran a forklift through a plywood crate of an expensive metal sculpture. Then left the crate in the rain with no cover by a busy road at the end of the client's home, never knocked on the door, never honked, never used their phone to call. Hours went by with this piece sitting in the rain and it's an indoor metal sculpture, one of a kind custom built by artist Jean Claude Vanderfield. Worse, the driver and hub supervisor made up lies about there being a fence and a dog. You should see our photos of this art sitting in a beautifully crafted custom crate with a gaping forklift hole in the side, sitting in pouring rain for hours in the grass. Homeowners stayed home just to receive the art, and yet not a single call or doorbell try. TForce charged extra for a service to bring the crate to the garage or sit it in the home entrance, yet never provided it, statingb they don't provide that service anymore, and they still have not refunded the extra charge. They have denied the claim even though this damage to the crate, leaving a piece of fine art in the rain, and all common sense and experience as a metal sculptor says that this will mean corrosion repair, and costly shipping again after the moisture takes effect. That will cost tens of thousands in shop time, stripping, dissasembly, refinishing, welding and reassembly, plus shipping to and from the client again, 1300 miles. Dense and irresponsible disrespectful manager and driver in Roscoe, Illinois. They actually got rude with the client and shipper that were simply expecting them to somehow do their job as they were paid to do, or even bring a dolly back out and help the client get this out of the rain and away from passersby on a busy road. Despicable behavior, no sense of ownership or responsibility to the client or myself as the sculptor that spent months creating this unique work. TForce Freight is now synonymous with liar, business-killer, and and scammer in my list of businesses to never use, and like this review, I'll let others know to not use as well. I reach about 60,000 to 80,000 people every month on social media. You will find these same sentiments and complaints from me there soon. If any ownership of their mistake from the obvious photos and video, or any attempts to have helped or refund charges for things they did not do, we're evident in any way, then I would not be making it my job to let others that need their freight shipped know about this absolute atrocity of a company as well as their lack of quality service people to take care of what they did wrong in a big way. IndifferenceForce is a more appropriate name for their so-called business. They are no longer with UPS as of a few weeks ago, and it looks like the was the only thing that kept them semi-honest and respectable. No longer.

T force is a Terrible company and we won’t use them ever again. Anyone who reads these reviews please take everyone’s advice and go with a different shipping company. The customer support is useless and a waste of time.

We bought a fridge through Walmart. It was not a bad price, but we found it better at Spencer's. We tried to cancel the order the next day but they said it was already in process. We also could not change the address during the checkout. We called Walmart and they couldn't do anything bc VIP outlet was the 3rd party. Never heard anything back from VIP outlet. They said it was shipped. Never found who the transportation company was (tforcefreight) until 2 days before. Called them to ship to the new address said it would be another $100. 6 miles away from my house to the new house. Arrival day was May 8th but showed up May 16th. Now I have to move this fridge. Very poor communication/ response with VIP outlet and tforcefreight. Not worth the hassle. I would avoid at all cost. Look at other reviews.
