They lie about where your stuff and say it's traveling and it's not....over priced , horrible services awful price....don't count on them!!! U will lose!

I only do two or three deliveries a month for 25 years to the same facility and this is the first time I used Tforce, and this will be the last. literally the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually leave reviews. I usually don’t use people again, but this was ridiculous.

Our company is utilizing TForce through a 3rd party company that we set up order pick ups with. TForce is legitimately the only carrier on the roster that we have CONSTANT issues with. They claim our company is in a residential area, and they cannot utilize anything larger than a straight truck to get here, meanwhile our other carriers navigate 53 footers to our location with ease and we receive shipments on carrier containers every month with no issue. TForce has lied to our 3rd party service claiming they have a straight truck for our pickup and they will be coming to our location, only to not arrive at all, and leave both the 3rd party company and our company looking like fools. Once our last 3 orders were finally picked up, the driver was embarrassed to see that we requested one of the pick ups to be done 2 days prior, even though it wasn't his fault. The lies or lack of communication on TForce's end is beyond aggravating, and we cringe when we have to ship with them because it's constantly on us to follow up and babysit what is supposedly a professional LTL Carrier. What's worse, is similar to other reviews, the hub that works with us is only 10-15 minutes away.

Since this company disconnected from the UPS software they have become almost useless. On the phone they are unhelpful and will even hangup on you. they cannot be trusted with their estimates on cost or time. Just dreadful.

Never ever again. Order has been sittin on truck 8 hours away allegedly “out for delivery” for 19 days. I have spent days on the phone getting hung up on and just transferred back and forth between answering services they will not figure it out or let me talk to a supervisor. Do not recommend to anyone. Each person tells me they submitted a case and they will contact me from the distribution center in a day. After 20 of those and no calls back i am ready to show up at their door. Answering desks sound like they are in china horrid english. Sick of these trash companies. Tforce should be ran out of business.

This is the absolute worst Freight Company on the Planet and it gives UPS a zero star for selling to them. They are ruining UPS's reputation. I have only ever had a great experience with UPS Freight and now the horrible T-Force is not even a thought any more for my company or for any company needing Freight. I have had them re-class my freight to charge me 3 times as much as what was quoted. DO NOT USE T-Force for any reason what so ever!

I ordered an item that was shipped from the east coast on June 7. I found out on June 21 using the tracking number It had arrived in my local terminal on June 17. I went in person to see if I could pick it up. The person in the office gave me information I had reason to believe was not accurate, but I was told I could pick it up the next day ay Will Call. The next day I returned at the time I was told it was still loaded on a truck and would take 15 to 20 minutes to get it out. The reason I gave them the second star was because the gentleman that talked to me next gave me information I believed - it was in one of the trailers but he would pull it out - it would take about 20 minutes. They were short staffed. He got my shipment - he was friendly and honest with me. I had never heard of this company until now, but I would not use them under the circumstances.

Having seen the scathing reviews on this company, I was worried when my freight was booked through tforce. I had a rather complicated shipment to a small outer island in Hawaii from the Midwest. My shipment had to trucked to the West Coast, sent by ship to Honolulu, and then on a local ship to my island of Molokai. The shipment arrived right on time. I guess the company is working to fix its issues.
