Been waiting 20 days for them to deliver. We are 45 minutes from their terminal. One lie after another about delivery date. We are in a city of 125000 and their reason for holding our freight is that we are in a rural area and they do not deliver there daily. I wanted to give them a zero rating, they do not rate even a 1. Do not use this company!

I never saw such an incompetent shipping company. I got a lot of miss information, too many third party companies involved. It took me 8 weeks to ship a counter top from Ft Lauderdale FL to New York City. I kept getting different prices and quotes. No one knew what was going on. I ended up at one time telling them to just keep the countertop. After four weeks, they ended up delivering it to me at the quoted price. Even the delivery was a disaster. One guy just sat in the truck while one other guy struggled to get my countertop off the truck. I had to end up helping them. Count on it...I will never use them again...a very frustrating and stressful experience

The worst! They have been sitting on my shipment for WEEKS. I get hung up on every time I call and inquire. Excuse after excuse and when they can't give me an answer, they hang up. I just want my shipment.

Total frauds. They will NOT deliver your shipment! Six days we have been waiting. Delivery has been "guaranteed" each day for six days. Nothing. I have spent hours on the phone. Customer service "sends messages" to the terminal but it does nothing. Local VM is full. We paid extra for this nonsense service! This company is a scam.

Slower than a week in the jail. China delivers to the USA faster than they can state to state.

DO NOT trust this company I repeat DO NOT trust them, they lie all the time, I have made 3 appointments for a delivery, just to find out the miss place the furniture boxes and my wife lost 4 days from work waiting for the furniture, frustrating to say the least.

We engaged T-Force for a shipment from California to Texas. Initially, we were quoted $500 over the phone for shipping a pallet, which seemed reasonable and prompted us to choose their services. The actual shipping process was relatively smooth, and there were no significant issues with the delivery itself. However, the post-service experience has significantly tainted our overall impression. About a month after the delivery, we were surprised to receive an invoice charging us $1,500, which is three times the initially quoted amount. This unexpected increase in cost came without any prior notification or fair justification. We have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to T-Force customer service, hoping there was a misunderstanding or an error that could be corrected. The communication has not been as helpful as we would have expected from a professional service provider. I would urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with T-Force. Ensure that any quotes received are documented in writing and confirm that no additional charges will be incurred without your explicit consent. Based on our experience, where the final invoice vastly differed from the quoted price, we would not recommend T-Force for those who seek transparent billing practices.

We do not recommend TForce Freight due to their high rates, they announce a rate over the phone and when they invoice they charge more than double.
