If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT USE THEM. They lost my shipment, I had to beg for information, had to escalate to a supervisor to get any response from them. After 2 months it was found and delivered and I am still being charged full price because "Guaranteed/Expedited service was not requested", that service is extra. DO NOT USE tfrocefreight.

05/08/2024 Terrible customer service. Highly recommend others use another freight forwarder. Shipment communications are incorrect or non-existent. This Canada-owned company bought out UPS freight. Their customer service representatives provide inaccurate information (if you can get them to even answer your freight inquiries). I frequently ship domestically and Internationally and this is the most frustrating freight firm I have ever used due to customer service due to miscommunications, failed delivery dates, and inability to reach them. I just learned they passed on my delayed freight delivery to another carrier. Read reviews on this organization them locate another more customer-centric freight forwarder. TA, SilverFire

This is the comment I sent to T-Force, but even their Customer Service website is garbage - it wouldn't send my comment! Before submitting this review, I researched other on-line reviews at Trustpilot and Reddit. The opinions were nearly all in agreement with mine: T-Force sucks. I was told 4 days prior that my delivery would occur between 10am and noon; it arrived at 2-30pm. Not overly professional, but I can live with some lateness. What I found totally unsatisfactory was a company policy that delivers curbside only - T-Force trucks are not allowed to go down customers' driveways. Why? What kind of lazy policy is that?! My house is 100+ yards from the road down a paved driveway. I called Dispatch and a manager, but both were useless with give-a-crap attitudes. The Reddit reviewers are totally correct: T-Force is garbage. I will NEVER willingly use T-force again, and I will specifically ask my next vender what shipper they plan to use; if its T-Force, I'll cancel my order. T-Force is one of the reasons America is sliding into a failing state - they're a crooked, lazy, cheap company. Please go bankrupt.

Tforce claimed it delivered the same package twice.. now had to order one more time. They definitely did not deliever to my house. I have a ring camera and they never showed.

I wanted to review this shipping service as ZERO. My ordered items never arrived, when on the site it stated, delayed, delayed line haul, and attempted. I have surveillance camera’s and never saw T Force attempt. I just can’t understand why any company would contract with T Force.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with I will not deal with them again. Their left hand don't tell the right hand and the right hands got his thumb up his ass. Very rude customer service. And this was my first time and the last.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use them; they are the worst career I've ever experienced in my 15 years of shipping freight. T-FORCE, PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND SHUT YOUR DOORS to save people the frustration. You should not be in business if you can't get your s**t together. Just look at the reviews tells it all, management could care less. They've had our freight tied up at their local terminal for weeks with no communication, the people at the terminal are rude and act like you are bothering them just calling to ask about your freight. The dispatch manager only works a few hours a day and gone by noon, you have to call back tomorrow. Nobody knows what's going on. You can tell they hate their jobs. Then when you check the website, it says it's out for delivery day after day and never shows up. I am the customer, you should be calling me and scheduling the delivery. I should not have to spend all my time trying to track down when my freight is going to be delivered. When I called main number the first few times they act like they got it scheduled for delivery the next day but then nothing ever shows up, this happened twice. They ended up calling the terminal, they stated they don't deliver deliver to our area, then I asked them then why in the hell did you accept our freight. They stated they were waiting on more freight to come in that needs to get delivered to our area in Lufkin TX so they can combine deliveries to make it worth their wild to make my delivery. No communication and the local terminals have no clue on what's going and their website tracking information is worthless the terminal told us. This from the terminal in Tyler Texas. Our forwarding agent had to pay to another carrier to go and pick up our freight from the T-Force terminal in Tyler Texas. This is absolutely ridiculous and this company is one big cluster fu**k.
