Great service! The doormen are so wonderfully helpful and kind!

We've been here for almost 2 months now and we love the front desk people, all off them , they are the nicest people in the building. Love the clean hallways and the building. The bad thing is that our floor is a party floor on weeknds, floor no 9. Our neighbors are smoking weed, partying until 5am every friday and saturday and i dont know how these young people can afford to live here but we are very disapointed that they do. Thats the only downside of the building, everything else besides that is great and we are lucky and blessed that we live here.

The staff is amazing. It’s like living in a hotel without the room service, although it wouldn’t surprise me as the staff is ... AMAZING

It's a bit further from Metro than desired and when looking at the place we were told a shuttle runs every 5 minutes, which turned out to be far from the case. It runs during commute hours only, and is more limited on weekends. Obviously in New York I don't mind a walk but had we received honest information it would have factored in more accurately to the value of what we are paying. We've also experienced a little rudeness to our guests which felt uncalled for. The apartment itself is very nice minus a few small quirks (bathroom door doesn't lock, you have to remove everything from the sink to open the mirror cabinet, no exhaust). Despite the above I would still recommend it if you are properly informed of everything. Can't beat the view.

Overall it’s good. Front desk very tentative and nice. Only one negative side is the shuttle bus is always full when they come down to 4720. Some bus drivers wouldn’t pick up passengers from the other side of the road when going to pick up those in 4545. It would be nice if we can get on the bus early to secure seats. Especially when there are handicaps living in the building.

Since moving in last month, I have nothing but rave reviews about every TFC employee. I love it here.
