I really like the managing company and all the staff of the building, nevertheless there are somethings that could be done to improve resident’s experience. The first thing is that I don’t believe 2 guests per person in the lease is a fair number of guests someone can bring to the common areas (if you want to bring parents and one brother it would already be too much). Another thing is that I think people should have a way to book the one of the barbecue grills that are not reserved for events, for free and a limited time (e.g. only 1h30min). This would avoid people going all the way to the rooftop with things for a barbecue and getting there in a busy day without anywhere to cook or leave the things. Maybe this type of reservation should only be required on weekends.

Service and everyone is great.

Everything's been excellent, except the leasing office is pretty unfriendly and rather aggressive with their tactics. If they act like everything is really hard, it means that prospective residents will try really hard to impress them and fight less over money, but this also means we come out of the first experience with a really bad taste in our mouths. I feel I lost money and time (primarily relating to a completely unnecessary guarantor) to this, and unfriendly/aggressive leasing practices I think is something TFC should be aware of.

I had a very pleasant experience throughout the leasing procedure. I would recommend the management and their properties.

I absolutely love the building and the front desk staff. They are so sweet and genuine. The unit and its view are absolutely breathe taking. This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. I would recommend living here. Some thoughts for improvement: Moving into the building was challenging as they don’t have a loading dock and didn’t reserve a place to park - even though we were told that they would “take care of us” when we arrived. Street parking is very limited. I found the individuals that work in the leasing office to be more abrasive - often being rude during the signing process. At times, the leasing manager was resistant to answer questions and passive aggressively referred to reading material to find answers.

Nice people that work here. Helpful and responsive

We've been here for almost 2 months now and we love the front desk people, all off them , they are the nicest people in the building. Love the clean hallways and the building. The bad thing is that our floor is a party floor on weeknds, floor no 9. Our neighbors are smoking weed, partying until 5am every friday and saturday and i dont know how these young people can afford to live here but we are very disapointed that they do. Thats the only downside of the building, everything else besides that is great and we are lucky and blessed that we live here.
